Very poor service
Very poor service, actually I can say NO SERVICE! The delivery cannot be finalized! I gave them good address and when I'm tracking the parcel keep showing me "incorrect address" what is updated everyday on their website! I try get in touch with them NOT POSSIBLE via email, call, Skype not response! The charge for the call very high no one picking up! No one contact me about it, where I provided the e-mail and my phone number! Stay away from this courier company! Very disappointing! That's in Italy!

Late for appointment, but no significant issue
I booked an appointment with the company to return a purchase from Nike over the website. They were supposed to come in the morning, but instead showed up in the afternoon. The staff was friendly though. He called me 3 mins before arriving in my place. I live in Cassino, Italy
