I have tried to call you to discuss this, however, your phone went to voicemail.
This particular product range we were continously let down by our supplier and the dates were pushed back further on each time of chasing which we notified you by email twice with these updates.
I have also received your email you've sent today to confirm cancellation of your order which I will ensure is actioned accordingly.
Apologies we couldn't fulfil your order on this occasion.
