SendOwl Works!

SendOwl has worked as advertised. It secures the downloads. SendOwl minimizes the pirating of copyrighted materials by stamping the buyer’s email on PDF pages. I appreciate the detailed documentation and help screens, making the technical side of things understandable. Best of all, the cost of the service compared to the benefits provides a healthy return.

It appears that you were one of the last merchants to sign up under our older plan terms which did include a very generous/long trial period. We did re-evaluate our plan offerings and change the trial period to a time frame which ensures the free trial transition to paid SaaS fee will not be so far removed from the account reminder emails we send.

Shi-etty downloading experience for customers. i bought a pdf product hosted on SendOwl after paying 21USD. A link was provided and immediated an error occurred. The product limit was refreshed to 0 with no downloads. Thanks for stealing my 21USD Shi-et owl!

The download was attempted on IOS. FYI the link was only out for 1 min and immediately the limit got restricted from 1 to 0. Whut da f man

Merchants may be fraudulent and SendOwl takes no responsibility

I was defrauded by a SendOwl merchant and while SendOwl did try to get in contact with the merchant, that merchant is no longer around and I made a payment that I am unable to recover. The onus should be on SendOwl to prevent fraud among their merchants and also to notify consumers who have transacted with a SendOwl merchant known to be operating fraudulently.

I'm sorry you had a poor experience! It looks like you purchased a product from a different business back in 2022. We reached out to you to find out more about your experience but did not hear anything back.

Unfortunately, problems do occasionally arise between Merchants and their Customers and it's sad the merchant that you paid did not respond to your contact attempts and did not honor their product requirements.

As you were unable to solve the problem directly with the seller (the merchant you paid for their product), the best course of action is to request a charge back from your credit card company.

Great starter option

Everything about SendOwl is great except for paying per order sale. I would rather have a price built in.

It is easy to use, and fairly self explanatory to set up. This is a great option for newer entrepreneurs with digital products to sell.

Don't use this platform or you will regret it

I opened my account, after two days I came back to check on and I found it suspended without no warning no message no email nothing. I don't even have access to the dashboard to see what's going on. Not only that, but I email them, still no response. Please guys do not open your account here, find somewhere else. There is no support, nothing.

Zero support

I'm giving this a one-star rating because it feels like I've had virtually no experience with their support. I registered for their platform a week ago and opted for the paid plan. I've sent over 4 emails seeking support, but have yet to receive a response. Instead, I continually receive their automated newsletters. My concern is the time I'm investing in creating lists and uploading products. Even their test mode doesn't seem to function, making me feel as though I'm adding products that only I can view. Their lack of responsiveness has been an issue from day one. Moreover, they advertise a free 14-day trial before your card is charged, but with this level of service, I'm hesitant to invest any more of my time
