We recently moved into a 250 year old property that needed a complete renovation including the bathroom. Serenity Bathrooms were recommended to us by a number of friends and neighbours so we visited their showroom in Prudhoe. From the moment we stepped through the door until the bathroom was finished the service was truly exceptional; every one we spoke to was friendly, helpful, professional and efficient from the Owner, Michael, to the showroom staff, delivery drivers and electricians. Apart from being experts in their craft, the fitters (Lance & Gary) were amazing - very friendly & hard working, polite and a pleasure to have in our home. The bathroom which was completed on time, is beautiful and has exceeded our expectations. Serenity may not be the cheapest but in our view they provide an exceptional service, value for money and quality of work that cannot be beaten.
