Not quite there.

I like using simply games rather than other major internet companies out there.

However the games can be late. I'm Currently 5 days and waiting for something they took payment for 2 months ago. Yes my bank statement confirms this.

You could argue it's royal mail on strike. However you could counter that with they are not on strike at the moment or when the goods should arrive and are going on strike soon. It's not always royal mail, even the tracking app shows late dispatch from simply games.

It's disappointing to support a smaller business and receive poor experience as they normally provide a better experience.

In addition to this, they can always use another service for delivery and allow the customer to make that choice....

Great service and price

Hadn't used SimllyGames before but am happy to report that the service and price of the 4k disc I ordered were both fantastic. Would happily use again.

Goodbye Amazon

I'm trying to get away from relying on Amazon so much, it's so easy to worry that a company like SimplyGames won't deliver your game on time whereas Amazon most likely would. Well, those worries have been squashed by my two experiences so far. In fact, Royal Mail delivers earlier than Amazon usually here too so it's actually a superior service! Very happy and will continue to use them for all my game purchases =)

Another Christmas gift

Been a little quiet of late but Simply Games always provide a first class service and this deal was no exception well packaged,fast delivery and at a bargain price too

Honestly one of the worst gaming…

Honestly one of the worst gaming companies to deal with they have a promotional offer if you spend over £80 you get your items delivered 24 hour tracked but if you do some digging (which I didn't) they don't offer this for pre-order items so when they sent out the first pre-order it was royal mail 1st class my game didn't turn up for release and has still not turned up almost a week after release I complained and I decided to cancel my second pre-order as didn't want the same issue.

They have now randomly cancelled my first pre-order game and not told me why I've used this company for years and had lots of issue but the cheap game prices kept me coming back but will now use amazon for future

No Tracking! Really? The service is a simple one go online…

The service is a simple one go online find what you want pay for it and then you get informed of the progress.
So far so good
Then it leaves the shop/warehouse and disappears into the ether. No way to track the item unless it’s been delivered. A bit late by then.
I want to know where my purchase is and why, a colleague. who lives near me and who ordered exactly the same product and received exactly the same dispatch information, received his purchase a day before me.
Not a good experience especially when the item is a game that you have been waiting to play all year, only to be told how good it is by others.
I would rather pay extra to be able to track it.

Item arrived faulty so returned it as…

Item arrived faulty so returned it as requested,nearly 4 weeks later still waiting for a replacement or refund,keep getting told that until they receive item can’t do anything so very disappointed and would never use again sadly

Arrived on the day of release.

I have used Simply games for a good few years and they have never disappointed me.
I ordered a new release and it arrived on the day it was released. I couldn't ask for more.
A great firm to deal with .

Terrible Customer Services

My Blu-ray collection never turned up. Royal Mail apologised that the item had been incorrectly tracked to my house. After several emails to Simply Games explaining that the postman had not delivered that day, they asked me to send CCTV of the postman delivering that day to my house! Royal Mail asked me to give Simply Games the case ref to make a claim for the missing item but they refused. They are happy to take your money but very unhelpful when the item does not arrive.

FAST, RELIABLE AND GREAT PRICES.

Have used simply games for a while now, I should have left this review a long time ago.

My most recent order was placed at 11am on a Monday, dispatched by 3pm same day and arrived next morning. This always happens with simply games, they have astounding speed and reliability, very well priced games too. I wouldn’t use anywhere else all the time simplygames are going. Brilliant service, never ever had an issue.

Great service at SimplyGames

I was looking for a dvd box set of a tv series and if I'm honest was surprised to find it available at Simply Games. I was even more surprised at the price which was far better than any of the other companies offering the set. I ordered the set on the Sunday afternoon and it arrived the following Tuesday morning via Royal Mail (which I much prefer as if I'm not in I can collect at my local sorting office), so fantastic timing. I'll be using Simply Games for my first port of call for future dvd purchases.

Perfect service, always!

I stopped using GAME following a recommendation and I haven’t looked back!
I always receive perfect service from SimplyGames. All orders arrive on time. I have had items damaged in transit (once or twice over about 40 orders), and SimplyGames were more than happy to help with with a solution, which is great customer service.

Simply Games always reliable

Simply Games sent out my pre order game on day of release and I have always found them to be a very reliable company, I have bought from them many times before and would highly recommend them. I would like to thank them for the wonderful job that they do, and I will be back to buy more games in the future.

I have been using Simply Games for…

I have been using Simply Games for years now and have never really had any issues with them. They're reliable and I always get my order in a couple of days. The prices can fluctuate from time to time but they're mostly competitive and I nearly always end up buying from them instead of Amazon.

Sketchy behaviour

Pre ordered Elden Ring game didn’t turn up on release date came next day which I can forgive however tried getting on the website to view account and track my order and they had took the site down for maintenance conveniently on the biggest game release of the year so far, made me feel this company was I trust worthy as said received the game day after the release but would probably not us again due to sketchy behaviour.
