The service from beginning to end was faultless.
The advice over the phone , samples sent and the end delivery was quick , friendly and easy.
Combined with a competitive price I would recommend simply paving every time .

Great selection of slabs. Ordered online and received in 3 days during lockdown. Slabs were securely packaged and no breakages. Would definitely order again from this company.
Slick website with a good choice of quality products at reasonable prices. However ... my original order was made in mid-September with a 6 week estimate on delivery, so no problems there. I was then contacted at the start of October by Simply Paving to advise that there was unfortunately a Covid related delay to supplies arriving from India and that my delivery had slipped out to the w/c 9th November and again no problem, as this allowed me to amend my plans. Nothing further was heard and all preparatory work for my new patio was completed by my contractors during the w/c 2nd November in readiness for the following week's delivery. On contacting Simply Paving on 5th November & 6th November we were unable to get an update on delivery and then on 9th November, after some further chasing, I was told that I should have been informed (but hadn't) that my delivery had in fact slipped out to the year end. Whilst Covid is a valid and understandable excuse for many things at the moment, poor communication doesn't come into that category I'm afraid and better service could and should have been expected here. To be fair, one redeeming feature of this sorry affair saw that a full refund was paid back into my bank account within 24 hours of cancelling the order.

I actually am the customer and the details that Simply Paving held on file were that of my contractor. At no point did Simply Paving voluntarily or proactively contact the contractors by either phone or email to let them know of any further delay to the order and indeed when the contractors contacted them on 4th & 5th November, they were effectively fobbed off and resulted in me having to chase down what was going on.
