I have yet to put together the drill and use it, but I can say I am very happy with the service I have experienced with Sitebox Ltd, with the price of the item, ease of ordering on their website and the fast free delivery. I hope to be buying from them again soon and would highly recommend them.

Not an nice shopping experience
Not an nice shopping experience. Order something online and got an faulty items. Phoned them back, I have been told that the item I ordered is no longer available, so send me a replacement directly?! No asking me first, also the website still shows the item is available. Contacted customer service to arrange the collection of faulty item, the staff didn’t provide me the information about return, like return label, return note etc! Still waiting for them to send me the return label.
