I bought a SRS from them and was expecting a new gun and I got something that looks like it’s been used before. It’s got wear marks on the body and rail, covered in dust and dirt and came in a damaged box. I payed full price for it too. Will never buy a gun from them again. I could have gotten a used one on eBay for 200$ cheaper.

I bought a pre-upgraded TAC41 A setup (around €1000) that was supposed to be built to my field limit. From day one it had serious issues: inconsistent output, hop-up problems (couldn’t reliably lift 0.48g), and shots consistently curving hard to the right. I raised this immediately (April 2024).

Their first response was basically “impossible” and implied my chrono/batteries must be wrong, while also claiming the rifle was tested multiple times before shipping. After extensive testing with multiple chronographs and different springs, the problems remained. The communication tone was often dismissive and the default explanation was that I must have changed something.

Over time the rifle also had obvious mechanical issues (damaged bucking, missing O-ring to hold hop settings, broken lug socket, loose pull handle parts). When I finally returned the upper for inspection (September 2024), their updates were slow and inconsistent. At one point they said the unit was “filthy” and implied that was the cause, but when I later pointed out the residue came from their packaging, they admitted they reused packing material from my box.

The biggest issue is the timeline and the shifting story. Repairs took months, and even after being told it was “great” and would be sent “this week, probably Thursday”, it still took about a month before I had it back. When the exact same issues returned in 2025 (stored over winter, untouched), they suggested it might be an optical illusion, or my arms tilting the gun, despite the problem being verified without a scope and with a level. Eventually they agreed it may need parts replaced (outer barrel/hopup), but the process dragged on again.

When the rifle was sent back in 2025, I repeatedly had to chase updates, and they claimed it was sent “without pre-notification” even though I had emails showing I was told to send it in. After months with no resolution, I had to file a formal complaint. Only then did they schedule work again.

In short: polite at times, but the support process is extremely slow, inconsistent, and often involves denying the issue or blaming the customer until you push hard. If you buy an expensive “professionally built” rifle here, be prepared for long delays and a lot of chasing if anything is wrong.

Right now, my airsoft gun havn't been in a single skirmish yet and has been on repair for 6 month and I'm still waiting for "It will be sent next week" 3 weeks ago.

Ordered Aka Staten googles with black rubber frame, got red frame. Emaild them and asked them for discount because of the wrong product according to picture on site, they said NO. Then i wanted to return the product and asked them to send returnlabel by post, NO was the answer, but they could email me one that i have to print out. I have no printer and it is not my job to fix there mistake.

If i sell a product that is not correct, i as a seller have the responsible to fix it, i would never put it on the buyer!

I hope i don't get any problem with the MTW i bought, because they will never handle a warranty case for shure! They will blame the customer for everything!

Do NOT buy from this site. The correct name should be skimshop, not skirmshop!

Exceptional customer service from start to finish, timely delivery and responses

I bought a stalker piston for vsr last year. It was really not good. I put a review with 1 star on the product. They never published my review.

To be 100 percent real if I could give one stare I would I was simply trying to cancel an order simply because I did not want to buy from them after hearing all the scam stuff they did anywhere stay fare away and could like trying not to a unprofessional person at customer service

Honestly the best airsoft shop I have dealt with, and will be the only place I will shop with unless out of stock of something I desperately need.
Deliveries are surprisingly fast and they do have a good customer service, just give them time.
Was contacted for not filling in my full shipping address, which was great. Contacted again for an item that went out of stock on my order and wasn't due in for a few days, I was happy to wait then out of the blue it arrived the day after they received it instore. Just fantastic.
I've read a few negative reviews and they seem to be mostly before the new owners took over, so well done Skirmshop on getting these fantastic staff in, would highly recommend these guys for your airsoft parts.

I bought a NEW regulator from Skirmshop. It was defective the first time I used it. It always increased the pressure automatically from 100psi to 160psi. On request, I was first told to repair it myself at my own expense and later I was insulted because I didn't want to repair the NEW device myself (it's easy to do, of course, but I don't accept defective new goods and certainly not a repair at my own expense) I was advised to play AEG or Sniper :D
I've never experienced a store selling faulty goods and having to beg for a replacement.
But at least I was offered a refund at the end. Fortunately, the manufacturer has already stepped in.

I ordered a lot of tunig stuff for my new Tac41a. All was delivered very fast to me (Germany) it only took 2 days.

I had a small issue with a missing part, after a short mail, everything was directly sent without any issues. This is customer support at its best.
