Absolutely amazing service. Cheerful

Sofa Assist just moved 2 bed bases into our 2nd floor bedroom. On time, careful and respectful of house and floor. They worked wonders. Very happy with service.

They arrived on time and in perfect condition. Both men very happy and helpful had the sofas up within minutes. Can’t fault the service!

Excellent service - Frank was very helpful on our first conversation and all follow up communication. On the day Frank & Adrian needed to dismantle the sofa (as expected) to get it into our flat on the 3rd floor with no lift. They were very friendly and worked hard to achieve this for us. There is absolutely no way of knowing by a visual inspection that it was taken apart and the sofa feels more robust than before. I would definitely use their services again

We had a bed delivered on Sunday and we had that nightmare where the damn thing wouldn't fit up the stairs. I came across Sofassist whilst frantically looking for someone to help with our problem. Frank answered my enquiry almost immediately and after sending through some details and pictures, he arranged to come the very next morning! Extremely impressed with how quickly the situation was dealt with and before we knew it our base and mattress were up over the balcony and in our bedroom. Absolutely outstanding and would recommend to anyone that has a problem like this. Thanks again guys!!

I had just bought a new sofa that wouldn’t fit through our narrow doorway. I sent an email to Sofa Assist, and Frank replied. He offered to FaceTime me, free of charge, to talk through how to remove the back of our recliner in order to fit it through our front door. Thanks to him and his outstanding customer service, our sofa is now comfortably in our living room! Will highly recommend!

This morning my new sofa arrived and didn't fit through my hallway. We rang Frank and he was able to come round straightaway. He and his colleague were able to get my sofa through the window on the first floor WITHOUT any kind of crane device - just strength. It was actually insane and they made sure my sofa was fully protected throughout and even attached the new feet at the end. I can't thank them enough. They saved a very stressful situation. Highly highly recommend!!

Amazing service. Charming, efficient and fast. Two big sofas and a bookcase up and over a first floor balcony as if they were feather-light. Frank and his assistant have a great attitude. Highly recommended.

Frank & Adrian came to the rescue when my long awaited Loaf sofa wouldn’t fit neither in the lift nor the staircase. They are incredibly skilled and professional! The hoisted my sofa up to the 4th floor and delivered it safe and sound into my living room! I am so so grateful! Thank you!
