Telford self storage is by far the ideal place to store items and personal belongings in telford, today I was helped by hannah who was more than happy to assist me in the wide selection of storage boxes availableon site. Hannah was extremely helpful and with a beautiful welcoming smile made me feel like this was the storage site to use.

I hired a van and took time off work to empty a first floor unit. When I arrived I was told that the lift wasn’t working and hadn’t been for ‘a few days’. Given that my unit was full of heavy boxes I gave up but told the office I’d expect them to pay for the van hire.
I complained and was told that they would not cover the expense.
Unhappy with this resolution, I asked to speak to someone more senior. No one got back to me. After numerous calls and emails, the customer service manager finally got in touch. He looked into my complaint and told me that storage giant wouldn’t be reimbursing me for the wasted van hire - because although the lift was broken, the stairs were available and I could have used them to empty my unit.
Thought he was joking. But he wasn’t. Wow.

Amazing deal on 8 weeks helped me out so much because I got made homeless they both Nick and Dean made me feel amazing perked me up and made this hole time of my life as easy as possible, thanks guys.

I like Storage Giant Llanelli as it is local to me. However I popped there this afternoon about 14:30 to go to my storage unit and they were closed. Somewhat disappointed with the reduced opening hours. Might have to look elsewhere when my contract is up.

I’ve been using Storage Giant for two years with four units leased in all.
All of the staff are very helpful, particularly Dean who has been my main point of contact.
Highly recommended if you need to store possessions with a large range of sizes and good access times.

I recently closed my storage with the Cwmbran branch. I have previously given a 5* review. I wish to follow this up with an extra thank you to Will. I had query which Will looked into and sorted it out. He kept me in the loop throughout.

How there are so many 5* reviews is beyond me. My experience started with incorrect pricing given over the phone and subsequently in store. When I went to secure the 8 week promotion the following day after being in store I was advised the member of staff was new and he made an error. I still took out the contract as everyone makes mistakes. A couple of weeks later I was asked to go back into store as 40 contracts didn’t have a box ticked, I went but the Site Manager was busy and he said pop back another time. I travel extensively and didn’t have the time to pop back. I subsequently received a threatening email that if I didn’t go back and tick the box on paperwork my goods would be removed within a week. I understand that if Storage Giant suspect illegal goods they can remove the goods but certainly couldn’t because they made an internal admin error. Receiving a threatening email raised concerns as I was travelling and couldn’t get to the store. The Customer/Operations Manager phoned me to apologise and confirmed he will email me that afternoon or the Monday, I still haven’t received the email 3 weeks later.
I gave my 14 day cancellation notice which ends on Friday but as I’m travelling on Friday I went in today to remove my goods and asked for the obligatory inspection, nope, that can’t be done. A customer cannot empty their unit early, it can only be emptied on the 14th day. From a business perspective I have no idea why as the unit can be rented out earlier, I wasn’t asking for any refund. I just shook my head and left as this didn’t surprise me. From my experience I wouldn’t recommend using Storage Giant Llanelli

Dropped in to look at storage rooms after talking to them on the phone last week. Really impressed with the helpful staff and the facilities. I will definitely be using this company.

Storage Giant Swansea. This is the third time we have returned due to various house moves. Dean & the team are so friendly & accommodating that we had no hesitation to use Storage Giant Swansea again. The site is always maintained to the highest standards and is secure, great value & super clean/dry. In fact our storage unit is much nicer & warmer than our current house !

Discussed size we’d need, showed us round the units, explained everything answered our questions easily and great prices. Highly recommend, so simple to book a unit, safe and secure. I have recently taken on a unit at the Bridgend site, the staff have been so helpful, arranged access quickly.
