Rates are very competitive and the staff is very friendly and helpful

Ward always responds within 30 minutes maximum (often with 5 minutes) to my emails. Whole service and process is faultless from my point of view. Won't be going anywhere else.

The regular exchanges in different currencies we do are simply and quickly handled on Spectrums platform at a very competitive rate. In the rare event of a query immediate help is at hand for resolution. I have used other foreign exchange facilities but Spectrum have proved to be the best.
