Our Allstate plan covered my daughter's Chromebook that failed due to regular use. They paid for FedEx shipping and assessed the device relatively quickly. They were unable to repair the device and mailed a check for the original cost. I will never buy a Chromebook without a protection plan. The company took care of us. Thank you!

Absolutely horrible website service. Have not been able to login for days. Have discussed this with several reps and each one said problem would be fixed. NOT. Keep sending me links that don' t work. Can't wait to dump my plans with Squaretrade and tell everyone to stay away from them.

MY T V went out and I did not under stand some of the things they were asking me to do over the phone (I am 84) and Steve came on the phone and he was great he walked me thur what he needed and ordered my part and they came out as soon as we got it and fixed it the young man was great and had it fixed in record time. I will buy this protection plan again if offered with any of my purchases. Thank You

My phone was acting up. Set up a claim and it was approved. Sent phone in & it was fixed the same day. Sent back the next day good as new. Great company for insurance and warranty's
