Experienced difficulty in payment…
Experienced difficulty in payment section- using online facility- as bank required to send security code via mobile telephone. OK I have a mobile but no signal in village. consequently I used land line telephone no. to contact Staysure. Although a lengthy telephone call resulted- especially as format of application on line was different to that used by Staysure rep on telephone- the Staysure rep was courteous and professional and very patient allowing the procedure , including payment, to be completed. So far so good- but always hoping that no claim is necessary!!

A good start and then...........
Going through the procedure of filling out the form on line was very straightforward. Also very happy with the quotation,
I also clicked on the section which offered to send the policy by post for a sum of almost £ 2. The notification was that I would receive the policy in the post within seven working days.
On the eight day of waiting for this document to arrive And not receiving it I found it was necessary to phone their office. I reported the problem and pointed out the day I was going on holiday. Their representative said I SHOULD receive it by then.
Not very ensuring. I look forward to HOPEFULLY receiving this post before I leave for my time away.
