For how big Steam is, they update programs like the client, slow, the mobile app, slow. They make millions, if not billions of the Steam Marketplace and yet, they can't push out updates faster? Alongside that, the commission price that Steam gets is pretty high in today's day and age, making them that million (if not billions) and somehow they release products like 'Artifact.' A game that no one paid for nor plays. They have teams in unnecessary places making useless things just wasting money.
Steam was released in 2003, it's now 2019 and somehow we can't rent video games on Steam. Why not let publishers set the ability for games to be rented on Steam. Why can't I do a $4 per hour or something like RedBox/GameFly but digitally. Missed opportunity of business, but hey, it's Steam. They would rather invest in 'Artifact' than Steam itself.
