The sales person (Baz) was great, he was detailed and honest in his description of the bike and made the purchase an easy process for me. The Delivery time line was not what I expected and seemed to take an age for. Pick up from Superbike warehouse to delivery. Clear timelines for delivery may be a solution for future sales, I would not have used tue delivery service if I have known the timelines.

After my buying a near-new Suzuki Address scooter from the Warrington Branch some two years ago without seeing it. I received a very good deal and a scrupulously honest description. A very different experience confronted me when I called, on one of my bikes, last Friday afternoon at my local [Great Yarmouth] branch. The few staff present seemed to be preoccupied with their having had a 'phone call an hour or two earlier instructing them to cease any retail business forthwith. No-one was interested in the slightest with my Royal Enfield enquiries, and the storeman walked away from me as I was trying to talk with him. He had been expounding at length with another customer; to quote: "I can't even sell you a spark plug". I was emphatically not impolite in anyway, but will steer clear in future.

I cant fault the service I got from superbike warehouse in Milton Keynes, they were brilliant, paul was very helpful, very happy costomer.

Great shop, lots of great stuff

Brought a new royal alloy in November told 1st service at 300miles or 3 months , took it today bike has 54 miles on it charged £162 and told me next service at 6 months , I rang a couple of other dealers who told me 1st service 500 miles 2nd a year , spoke to superbike warehouse and apparently they go by what the importer says which is different to owners manual , spoke to MotoGP who agreed that 54 miles the bike isn’t even run in and said 300 miles , so these rip customers off , also I questioned the oil that had been written down and because he was in a hurry he wrote it wrong on invoice. There customer service is shocking

Superbike Warehouse are cowboys that take your money and then ignore you when your delivery goes missing. My order was apparently delivered by DPD but I wasn’t in to sign for it and it was missing from my doorstep when I got home. Called and emailed Superbike Warehouse to get a claim going with DPD (as DPD will only speak to the seller) and their attitude was “well it says it was delivered so it’s your problem mate”. So now I’m £308 down with no products and no way of getting my money back. Literally all they had to do was call DPD but they’re too incompetent to do so. I even emailed the owner, Chris Day, directly to ask if he knew how his staff handled customer issues… he ignored my email, which tells you all you need to know about the business really. Once they’ve got your money they don’t care. Incompetent staff and an owner who couldn’t care less about customers.

Order was exactly as described. Can't fault them.

Ever since superbike warehouse came to Great Yarmouth I’ve used them for general purchasing aswell as my new local mechanic and they are genuine offering professional advice and superb customer service!

Done a part exchange, felt I was given a fair price that I was happy with. Customer service was excellent, even offered hot drinks, which was appreciated as the day was so cold. Had a nice chat while paperwork was being processed.
Also liked how easy it was to get an evaluation for my bike the week before through sending pictures, videos and info on WhatsApp with quick responses.
Also think it's great bike comes with a 15 month warranty which you don't get from alot of other places. A*

What a brilliant place, I say place because it's more than a motorbike shop! Superbike warehouse have everything motorcycle related you could need, great events and great food, they even have a barber on site!

Good price for the helmet that i was looking for. Delivery was quick, well packaged and used a trackable service. What really stood out was the excellent customer service and support via the phone. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Would definitely buy from them again, and would happily recommend.
