Great service

Even though we received a damaged sink and then the wrong item, the customer service was excellent througout.

Look no further on price

The main reason is price, couldn't find my Tap any cheaper then here. ( Very expensive tap, just a tap not one of those quooker jobs.
Received in a reasonable time, well packaged.
Only 4 stars as I had to use quite a bit of force to remove the filter for the first time, IE mole grips 🙄

Great customer service, queries were dealt with quickly and any issues resolved. As well as great products, love my new tap and sink, they are stunning

Shower mixer missing washers

Got a bath shower mixer, good price, loojs great however came without two washers (one on one of the two taps and one inside the shower part so two different sizes of washers..). I was fitting it for a customer and good job I had spare washers with me otherwise would have to travel half hour to merchant to get them and back. Not great. Also the illustration within the assembly instructions wasn't clear. But it was 1/3 of the price of Bristan equivalent so can't complain, if it lasts..

Great service

Great service, when the courier “couldn’t find our house” and informed us they’d returned the delivery, a second set was dispatched without question which arrived soon after. Couldn’t fault the service.

Sinks and taps!

This is the second time I have purchased goods from Taps UK, both times the goods were exactly as described, they were reasonably priced and delivered quickly and efficiently.

Excellent, prompt service

I reported a dripping tap and Barbara took ownership of the issue straight away. She contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and had the problem resolved incredibly quickly. Replacement valves are already on their way. I’m really pleased with how efficiently she handled everything — fantastic service and much appreciated.

Speedy delivery

Speedy delivery, arrived well packaged, no issues. Not installed yet as awaiting installation date for new kitchen. But looks good out of its box . Great price also. Would highly recommend
