I have ordered (100048305) a month ago…

I have ordered (100048305) a month ago and they have not provided an estimated delivery time since. Left in the dark, I prefer to cancel my order. I have sent emails and called, after almost one week I have no cancellation confirmation as well. All you get is the automatic email. #leftinthedark

Update: on the day I posted this comment, around one hour after, I received an email with the cancellation confirmation. Unfortunately it had to get to this point for me to get an answer.

Bad Experience!

Started out by ordering a gift for Christmas that the company unfortunately couldn't deliver on time. I cancelled and asked them to return my money. They promised - however, it never happened. Even though I tried several times.

5 weeks later they decide to deliver the parcel at my doorstep - when I am not at home (almost as if they knew the parcel wouldn't be rejected by the kids, that were home during the vinterbreak) - turns out to be the gift.

Broken, so it doesn't work. Most expensive and useless online buy I have ever done with a very bad customer experience as well.

Anny way, we can only say we are sorry.

It easy with a number, so thank´s:-)
I can se that the last item send, was send from the producer directly.
Anyway i can se that we also returned the money you asked for the 22/12.

If you want it would be much easier to communicate by email ore phone.

disappointed delivery experience

They promised me to contact me after the new year holiday for shipment arrangement, but I had not received any calls / emails from them. So then I reached them out by phone ( called 3 times until someone finally pickup the phone ) and found out my order is shipped to other customers?? I have to wait for another week to arrangment the shipment. Why didn't they just contact me to let me know the mistakes instead of me finding it out by myself? I just can't imagin if I didn't make this call.. would they forget my order?

We tried to contact you before xmas, bout without any luck.
Then unfortunately another customer was fast to grab the order.
