Got my special offer and was over the moon with quality and price. So pleased that I went straight back on line after taking delivery, to order the same thing again only in different colours and blow me down, the offer had been withdrawn. Still, pleased with what I got but a bit miffed off with the Hut. You would think having placed one order they would be only to pleased to accept another. But there you go computer say's NO.

I just really hate your attitude towards customer outside UK. I had a deal of work with sending the wrong item back (i.e. it was your fault) and your reaction was very rude - from the communication to the refund, which was not even completed.
The product packaging itself was tatty and torn on parts and not sealed by clear plastic film. Which really was disappointing as this was a present and so I had to remove it from the box and just give the bottle. Also bottle was not sealed so product may have been used before. Will not use this site again!
I I recently ordered 4 pairs of Threadbare mens fargo cargo shorts. You subsequently deducted the £50.00 from my account but only delivered 3 pairs of shorts, omitting the navy blue that I had paid for. I then received another email from you stating there was a problem with payment when you had already taken the money from my account, and I am still waiting for the other pair of shorts to arrive????

My fiancé bought some wireless Beat headphones for my birthday. They arrived fine but she never received a proof of purchase email or document with the package. The headphones are now not working and Apple said they are happy to replace but need a proof of purchase. TheHut don't have a phone number or email address to contact. They finally gave an email address once contacting them through their enquiry function. Now they refuse to reply to our numerous emails. We are not asking them for a replacement. Absolute shocking service.
Two items for the price of the cheapest and no delivery charge.Unbeatable! Quality is first class and quick delivery. I couldn't be happier.I will definitely shop here again.
On 10 July 2015 i created an account in thehut.com and on the same day i'm making purchase with order number 55604749. After a week with no email that confirming my order already dispatched, i try to login to my account and want to check my order status. But i can't login to my account and when i try "forget password", an email from thehut.com team come and said there's no account under my email. What the hell?? Clearly there's a bunch notification email from thehut.com team to my email before on 10July2015, saying my email already registered and even give order number after i making a purchase there. So why my email disappear??? And how about my order??? Another problem, i can't contact thehut.com customer service if i don't have an account. So i make a new account with same email i used before for "the missing account" to contact thehut.com team. I already send online message to thehut.com. Please give me feedback soon and track my order. it's such a bad shopping experience and i'm very very dissapointed.
