Do they even want to sell cars?

I didn't think dealerships this unprofessional still existed. After days of trying to schedule a test drive for a car I was both motivated and qualified to buy, they ghosted me completely. I talked to 4 different people, (including an off-site administrative assistant for some reason) just to make no progress and be ignored.

The Sharpest Rides In Englewood, CO, is an ABSOLUTE SCAM of a car dealership!

I purchased a 2020 Toyota RAV4 from the sharpest rides.
They promised the vehicle was in perfect conditions with no issues. Once the vehicle was delivered to me at my home that is out of state from the dealership, it was delivered with the "check engine" light on. I took it to my local Toyota dealership and was informed it had multiple issues that totaled over $1200. The fog lights also didn't work that l had to purchase new bulbs for as well as the vehicle was said to not have been in any accidents, but the whole passenger side has had body work and a bad new paint job. There is over spray and you can see the bad paint and body work. I have tried multiple times to reach the dealership management with no luck. When I call and ask for a manger, the multiple people that answer the phone, confusingly don't know who their managers are nor do they have an email for managers. I have emailed my salesperson multiple times with no response. I can't get anyone to talk to me about the issues I have. I reached Shavel in customer service and he said that they would cover all the fees, but he has been avoiding my calls now.
The last time we spoke, he said his manager Paulie would only cover $500 of the fees, but now Shavel won't answer my calls. This is the shadiest business l've ever dealt with.
They avoid my calls and never return my calls. I baught a $30k problem and they are not taking any responsibility for their actions of selling me a bad vehicle. I just want a manager to call me and be financially compensated for their negligence.

They refused to fix the issues with the car I haven't had the car 20 days yet

Buyer Beware! Get a PPI!!!

The Land Cruiser they currently have for sale (stock# S57479) leaked oil all over my driveway and garage during the test drive on 01/26/23! Worst test drive experience I've ever had, not to mention unsafe as this car was losing oil rapidly. I should have known better when I saw the windshield was majorly cracked, running boards broken, windows open and air freshener hanging to reduce the odor from the interior and overall bad shape of their overpriced car. I'll be spending the better part of my weekend scrubbing the oil that their car leaked on my driveway and inside my garage that was parked for maybe 5 minutes. Buyer beware, get a PPI done if you are considering tossing your money towards this dealership and in no way buy sight unseen. They clearly don't spend the money necessary to recondition their cars here, look elsewhere!
