The vision and fit are excellent.

The service was more seamless that other providers.
They did not let me down badly, as one provider did, they lost me a month of good sight, lying about manufacture dates. The communication, clear and efficient. I felt informed all the way through
The glasses have been received within two weeks just in time for my holiday.

I only wish that I had come to them first.

I will be buying my next pair from them - that's a definite!

I've just received my new glasses and they're fantastic! Thank you so much, they're a perfect fit for me and the prescription seems to be spot on.

I came across thin lenses after a long search online for my new glasses. I have a complex prescription so was looking was looking for as thin a lens as possible.

Anyway after some communication with Ash at thin lenses I was totally at ease with the process. A very informative and professional gentleman with great advice and knowledge. My glasses arrived and I can honestly say It’s remarkable how thin the lenses are which additional makes the glasses very light and very wearable.

So a big thanks to Ash for a great service and product which I’ve no doubt I will use again.

I needed a new pair of glasses, and instead of going with what the high street opticians offered, I thought I would try an online service.
After reading the reviews, I decided to go with Thin Lenses, and it was the right choice.
The customer service was excellent, and the glasses great, just what I wanted. As well as being comfortable to wear, they look great too.

I have used ThinLenses.co.uk for a few years now, Ash who runs it is brilliant. He is very attentive, straight forward and the service has been brilliant. This is the second time I have used ThinLenses to buy my spectacles from. I had my eyes tested at an optometrist, and received a prescription, which I then used to specify what glasses I needed. I bought the very thinnest type, and am very pleased. They just weigh 25g including frame, and despite me having a high prescription (6.25) in one eye the glasses are barely larger than the thin metal frame. Very pleased indeed.

So easy to order online, and my glasses were returned within a week, and so much cheaper than going to a high street optometrist. I will definitely use ThinLenses again

This lens specialist is second to none I have been wearing glasses for 25 years all from local opticians but with age the vision gets more complicated and to get high prescription lenses super thin is very difficult. Step up THINLENSES UK. I contacted ash and with his superior patience and response to calls /emails he made me extremely comfortable with my purchase
for my second time once for transition lenses and once for 1.9 index glass lenses. As this is for your vision /health that could be very risky at times online. He got my best highest quality glasses ever. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Have been dealing with Thinlenses for a few years with great success. I have a strong prescription and this time round I wanted rimless. Was it possible? Would they look like bottle tops. Answer. Ash as always gave me good direction and pointed me in a direction. The Result. Fantastic. These double aspheric lenses look like normal glass. What a success. Don't deal with others. Deal with the best for lenses. Don't listen to me. You try for yourself. This is not fake reviewing. It's old fashioned truth.👌👍

I thought I would try Thinlenses after reading the reviews and having used a well-known high street brand up until now. I am so glad to have made the move as the company have been outstanding in all regards right from the start of the process all the way to receiving the best pair of varifocals I have ever had at a significantly cheaper cost. I thoroughly recommend Thinlenses and will be using them in the future!

ThinLenses service was terrific. The email correspondence when I had questions was incredibly responsive and helpful. And the company made my lenses in 2 days! Very glad to have an easy source for high-index lenses that I am not able to get in the USA.

This is a really amazing service particularly if you have a tricky prescription where the regular high street opticians just can't seem to get it right. I've used ThinLenses consistently since my prescription became too complex for the online service I had used for years. I have a strong prescription, and now need varifocals. I have had five or six pairs of glasses and sunglasses lensed at ThinLenses now, and Ash and his team have gone above and beyond expectations every time, helping find solutions to get the prescription I need in a variety of vintage frames.

Recently, I tried using a cheaper service offered by a major high street retailer for a pair of sunglasses that weren't for everyday use. The lenses they returned to me were incorrect and unwearable, and despite swearing they'd made them to my prescription, they were unusable. I sent them to Ash, who confirmed that the mainstream brand had made errors and cut corners. He was able, as usual, to send me a perfect set of lenses made to the same prescription.

Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. Particularly if you have complex requirements, ThinLenses are incredible. Quick turnaround, personal service, perfect product, every time.
