Thank you the AFC155 Ibanez Jazz guitar is great! Ordered on line, even though it wasn’t in stock I received within 1 week of order. Web site and assistance very professional. Tracked UPS to my door, double boxed very well packed. Guitar is brand new and very striking to look at. Seems to be set up good, no buzzing anywhere on fretboard, action is ok. Guitar sounds really nice. Good price was better than all U.K. shops. I also find Thomann to be highly professional. I get the impression their staff have pride in their work and try to provide the best service and quality of product they can. I will use them again for sure. You can Trust Thomann !

In a short time there were three defects in drumarticles which I bought recently.


All the three defects were handeld under guarantee.

Through the helpdesk was first time directly send a replacement and at the second time was a reguested video of my self (explaining what was happend), enough for sending the two other replacements.

The way of communicating is professional and important for me; I was taking seriously with the complain!

Thanks for the good aftersales and I will come back for other drumstuf in the future!

Harley Benton Acoustic Guitar

Received my new Harley Benton Custom Line CLD - 10 SCE - LH BK acoustic guitar last week and I am very happy with the quality of this guitar for the price it looks great, sounds great and has a lovely matte finish on it and it stays in tune quiet easily too it’s well worth the money and is exceptional value...guitar came well packaged and protected from any knocks or bangs while in transit and I had it within 1 week of ordering so all in all very happy all round I would highly recommend this guitar I love it...thanks Thomann!

I love this store

I love this store. If there would be thousand stars I would give it.
Yesterday I ordered 6 items.
1 from musicstore.de and 5 other from Thomann at the same time. 5 big items like drums set and hardwares and many other things, it delivered super fast today from Thomann!!
And my musicstore.de order still not even has been processed from their store because of their really bad customer service. I’m still struggling with them to send my order. Musicstore.de has been always a struggle for me
Buttttt... Thomann is really really greatest store of all over my online shopping. So if you’re doubting between Thomann and musicstore, don’t even think a second and go for THOMANN!!

My first purchase from an excellent company

My first purchase from an excellent company. I purchased a Harley Benton 2 x 12 Celestion Vintage 30's speaker cabinet and some cables for an awesome price. Germany to Iowa, USA and FedEx ruffed it up a bit. There were a couple of tiny tears in the Tolex with no affect to performance. Thomann offered a generous credit / refund in lieu of the hassle of returning for minor damage. Probably the best, easiest and friendliest customer service I've ever dealt with. I will be making future purchases with them.

Used to be great

Used to be great, but delivery time are very slow. Told me they had shipped my new bass over 24hrs ago, but UPS say they still haven’t received it from them.

You wanted me to reply to you via email, I did that and all I got back was my shipping number (already had that), so whilst you show concern on here, it’s actually a complete waste of time. Terrible customer service and delivery is now 5 days. Used to be 3, which was my point in the 1st place.

By a misunderstanding the guitar strap I ordered was sent to the wrong address.
Immediately I was sent another one!
Never had any problems with Thomann.

Harley Benton Tele deluxe

After reading your reviews I had to do one myself at, first very happy with Hartley Benton Tele deluxe I bought from you, but then quite soon neck developed a bow which I tried to adjust but would seem truss rod in effective, now crack has also appeared in body, would seem it is where wood glued together to form body coming apart , emailed thomann no reply, well not buy another guitar from them, from now on.

Exceptional costumer service

I've purchased a new guitar from Thomann, and since there were some delays with shipping from the manufacturer to the store, my order was delayed. Customer support was amazing every time I asked for an update on the order - they explained what was happening and why there was a delay. They also provided me with approximate delivery date.
Recently, though, I simply asked a question to customer support what product I should use to clean my guitar's satin finish to prevent it from becoming glossy over time. Glenn Carson immediately asked Thomann's guitar technicians about this and came back to me the following day saying that it's impossible to completely prevent the finish to wear off. However, he provided me with a link to a cleaning product that they sell, that should help me retain the original finish for a longer time, and even offered to have it shipped to me for free as a good will gesture.
I was blown away by how customer service folks deal with customers and do all in their power to help them. Simply amazing!
