Toluna Suvey.com Has become one of the…

(Toluna Suvey.com) Has become one of the worst point system platforms ever. They rarley send surveys anymore and the surveys that they do send are so small it has become a joke . Now i only can get surveys that are worth $1.2 cent or $1.6 cent which makes it very hard for me to reach the 95000 cash out limit. IV been stuck at 70000 pts for months. Plus you only can complete 4 surveys a day which is a huge dissapointment.

(Toluna Survey.com) is also very buggy and jumppy aswell every time i try to complete a 2 to 5 cent survey .The page would refresh take me to the home page and this issue would keep reapting its self every time I would try to get into the same survey. Althought this site does pay you I would not recommend toluna to any one.


And to whom ever is reading this messege dont be fooled by these fake positive reviews. That dont have more then 4 sentences say about the toulna.coms survey site. With one liner sentences , Such as this site is amazing , this site is wonderful , this site is the best . Make sure you pay attention to the negative reviews aswell then make your desicion based on every review you"ve read before joining this site.

Hence, there may be days with many opportunities to provide your feedback, but also days with fewer available surveys. The incentives offered for our surveys are influenced by the complexity of the study: a longer and more complex survey will bring a higher amount of points.

Gave up in frustration

I tried several times to register without success. No matter what you do you have to go through multiple attempts at annoying, blurry Captchas ' to prove you're not a robot'. The irony is that for assistance you can only communicate with a robot who sends do not reply emails. I gave up.

Well, I dont think it should have taken this much work, however they did EVENTUALLY make it right with me. So in an effort to be fair since I happen to know how important reviews are for a company, this experience wasn't all terrible. I think they could expedite their customer service, but all in all, they fixed my issue.

Few days back i have signed up in toluna.I got survey mail in my gmail but when i opened it in toluna site it shows "Sorry" 'No surveys for you'.I have completed my profile survey also but no use.

Waste of time - edited

Waste of time, they are full of bullocks!!! Took me ages to get to the minimum amount to redeem, then I couldn't update or confirm my address for ages which you need to do before cashing in rewards.
Finally got sent a $30 Warehouse Gift Card in the mail which I wanted to cash in today. Only to be mighty embarrassed at the checkout because the card apparently is a fake! It never got registered, let alone had any money on it.
Stay away from Toluna!!!

Received a new Warehouse gift card in the mail today. This time it was loaded with the right amount. Thanks Toluna for sorting it, just need to work on communication for next time.

Time Wasters

They don't offer any points if you are not eligible for a survey, despite the fact they've sent you an email, made you open it and click on the link, and then answer the initial survey questions which are usually the same each time.
Time wasters.

No surveys

It's been a few days since I have signed up for toluna but it is not giving me any survey to complete. Every time I go to survey centre there are not any available surveys for me to complete

not a good site

my wife has been doing surveys on toluna and got 0ver a 1000 points but now cant log in to her account just keeps getting a message its not you its us click here to go home which just comes up with the same message still keep send her surveys but waste of time doing them because when she finishes them she gets the same message THERES AN ERROR ITS NOT YOU ITS US this has been going on now for a week probably lost all her points
no help when getting in touch

Toluna is just wating your time

Toluna is just wating your time, after you spent 40 minutes finishing your surveys. It will pop out 'an error has occurred with your request, it's not you, it's us!' or server will be disconnected after you spent a lot of time answering halfway. Total waste of your time!

such a bad experience and occurred countless times. Please do not waste your time on this useless survey sites, scammers!

The situation you describe could be a re-directing issue from the client's survey. In such instances, if you are not correctly redirected back to the Toluna website after completing the survey on our client's platform, but you did reach the end of the survey, you are registered as a qualified and complete respondent on our client's database.
As soon as the survey in question is closed, the client analyzes the data and sends us the list of qualified respondents so that we may adjust our records and reward all the members entitled to receive the incentive.

Finish Reviews no points awarded.

Becoming more common to spend 20 minutes and finishing a survey to be then told the respondent is looking for a different profile. This then means no points awarded. I notice a review further down also mentions this. It is not good if your not what there looking for they should stop the survey after 2 minutes maximum.

Account terminated

had my account terminated with no warning and no right to appeal when i was due a payout (which is quite common from what ive read) and lost a lot more that was pending

Toluna NEVER awards points for surveys…

Toluna NEVER awards points for surveys completed and when I try to contact them it's always the same BS about having a partner site where you're rewarded there and therefore need an account.
Surveys often complete RIGHT TO THE END, click SUBMIT, then Toluna decides you didn't qualify after spending 20minutes doing it.
It takes so long to get a reply and they NEVER help or solve the issue, just rattle off some line to get you off their backs.

Surveys disappear quickly so if you are…

Surveys disappear quickly so if you are not on the computer 24/7 then you are penalized which is very frustrating. Therefore unable to gain the maximum experience with this company

We launch hundreds of surveys every day and we can assure you there are always plenty of surveys available in Survey Center.

There are multiple ways to access the available surveys:
- directly from your Toluna.com account by hovering the mouse over “Surveys” menu in the header and then clicking on Survey Center or by clicking the “Start Survey” button right next to your profile

- notifications in the top right of the page also indicate when new surveys you can qualify for are available

a happy customer

I have been a member of this site for many years and enjoy taking the varied surveys. I have been able to claim many rewards, and the points soon add up. You can also gain additional points by creating and completing polls, quizzes, commenting on topics, etc. A useful way to add to your income.

Work fine for the first two days...

Work fine for the first two days, and you even get rewarded points. Then they start asking for verfication of your e-mail, even though you did so when registering. And they start sending you in cirkles with the e-mail verification, and claim there is no surveys available. A standard ponzi.

Lots of surveys but I am unable to…

Lots of surveys but I am unable to complete surveys in my lap top anymore and have to use my phone. When I asked toluna about this they said to contact my internet provider which day it's not them either.
