I hadn't heard of Tower health until my aunt told me I brought the arthrogel and yesterday I ordered more it's helping thank you .

Website is clear and it was easy to find what I wanted and easy to order it. Looking forward to trying it out now

I have ordered this for an elderly neighbour as she can't use Internet, it's her 3rd order she swears this cream, ordering process is so easy and products are of good quality

I recieved my cream yesterday I've used it 4 times I've noticed a slight difference but hopefully between the cream and pain killers at least take the edge of this pain in my left leg caused by blood clots 5 years ago my life destroyed has the pain is horrendous will send another review in a few weeks on how I'm coping with the cream well worth the money

I suffer with Osteoarthritis, I've tried so many lotions n potions, but nothing helped at all. I tried Arthrogel and it's amazing. Im able to carry on working, without the constant pain. I massage the refreshing gel (which is non greasy) into my knees in the morning and off i go. Been using this since early 2025

I have just purchased a 2nd tube of arthro gel.
I have been using it for around 6 weeks now and found it helps with knee, shoulder and neck pain that I suffer with.
I would recommend it

Received my order of ArthroGel this morning and by early afternoon received phone call from company asking questions like what made me bye it - really, I haven't even had chance to open the tube!!! Even if product makes a difference, will think twice about buying, if I'm going to be pestered by sales people - and withheld their number!

Easy to buy from. The arthogel is very good . I highly recommend it.

I like the gel it seems to have helped me with hip pain , the patches seemed to make no difference and I struggle to keep them stuck to my skin . I have order more gel and will see how things go over next few months .

Good products and good delivery service my wife uses ArthroGel and says it really works for her aches 👍🏻👍🏻

Arthrogel definetely works,when I have pain it really soothes and eases the pain.

Great company great service great products I’ve bought the cream which is marvellous and the patches which really work well great customer service will continue using them. My order for Arthrogel arrived very quickly and well packaged. The product is amazingly effective at reducing my joint and muscle pain - so much so that I have been able to reduce my painkillers and even managed a few days without taking any! When I noticed that my welcome gift had not been included with my delivery, I emailed them and they sent a replacement out immediately- great customer service!

I have had cause to claim for a replacement breadmaker on extended warranty from Tower. Both Juliya and Joseph who dealt with this matter did so quickly and efficiently and I'm now looking forward to receiving my new appliance.

I am now on to my second tube of the three that I purchased initially. So far my experience has been excellent. It actually seems to work. I have to admit I was surprised. I had been using Voltarol max strength on my hip for quite a while and also taking Ibuprofen. I developed a DVY in my leg due to another medication side effect and once on anti coagulants, I was told to stop the voltarol and ibuprofen. So I needed an alternative. I read about Arthrogel and was doubtful but decided to give it a try. So glad I did and so far so good.

It is also cheaper than Voltarol !

Items I order come very quickly and are of good quality

Great product, which works well for my lower back pain and also for my knees.
Using this gel has meant that I have been able to drastically cut down the amount of co-codamol and Ibuprofen I had previously been taking for the pain.
It's also easily absorbed and it has a pleasant peppermint smell.
The only downsides are the cost and the annoying and pushy follow up phone call I received before my order had even been delivered trying to persuade me to buy other products.
I have now blocked the number.
