*** BE WARNED *** They will auto-renew your contract with another 3 years without giving you advanced notice or the opportunity to agree or disagree. They will then sting you by charging an early termination fee.

Any decent company giving you the service and price you deserve would not do this. Why, because you wouldn't want to leave. Any company that backs themselves do not need to get you to sign up to long contracts that then have hidden auto-renew T&C's, of which they never tell you before sign up.

Horrible company who automatically renew your contract for another 3 years without warning just before they increase charges. Mislead by sales that free to change supplier after contract is completed. Was shocked when told 4 months after end of first 3 year contact that it was renewed again and the exit charges are prohibitive. Avoid this dishonest company!!

We would not recommend Transax. The original contract was taken out in 2013 & then automatically (unknowingly) renewed in 2017. We want to cancel the contract but have been told by Transax that we cannot give notice until 1 month prior to the expiry of the 4 year period (April 2021) and we are stuck with the contract until then, or we can pay an exhorbitant amount to them to early exit the contract. The auto renewal clause is hidden on page 12 of the agreement, not at all obvious, and to want to charge people to exit the contract, when we have been customers for over 7 years is poor service. Especially when the fees required are so costly! Really disappointed in them and would not advise using them.

I run the old Kent market in Margate which has around 20 ford and retail units and we have been dealing with there rep Danny Mistretta and he gives us excellent information and 3 of us have transax machines and few more units want to join . You ring Danny up and he turns up that day the service we get from Danny is excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone that requires a machine

Really bad company they said we will save you and we will give you £50 referral code but they was blocked me on WhatsApp. They send me first invoice £120. I said I have account with Barclaycard she said don't worry you can cancel your contract when I call Barclaycard they said you need call payzone and payzone doing auto renew contract and my contract end on August this is mean I will pay 2 contract she said I will give 4 referral code but I don't think she will give me 4 referral code

I’ve only just started taking card payments so it’s the first time I’ve dealt with any of the suppliers. After doing all the research I found that TRANSAX were best suited to me. I’ve dealt with Kelly so far and she’s been nothing but helpful. Her friendly approach rather than the hard sell helped sway my decision to go ahead with this company. She made it all really straight forward for me and even came and set up my machine for me today. Hopefully I won’t have issues in the future!

Simon from transax visited my restaurant last year and got us to sign up and said it would it take 14 days to switch! After day 21 there was no news so I rang Simon and told me my application had been rejected!

Never met a more incompetent sales exec before couldn't even keep us up to date or provide any reason to rejection

Lloyds approved straight away

We’ve had a contract to pay £20 per month only. After a month we received a letter tells us we need to log in online or we have to pay £17 more. We’ve tried to do it ourselves a few times but couldn’t. Therefore, we’ve contacted TRANSAX, they even weren’t able to find us in their system by giving them our merchant number and our name. Anyway we stopped using their service for a year as they breached the contract but after a year we received a letter which said we had to pay about £6000 to TRANSAX in 10 working days or we have to go to court.
Please please avoid this company. They will ruin your life.

Such an easy change over to yourselves I am extremely happy with the next day payments and the straight forward use of the machine.

I had the pleasure of meeting Danny Mistretta who guided me through the benifits of transax card payments, with fast clearances IE next day and same day which as a business is critical to cash flow in these difficult times, also reduced my monthly outgoings.
I can also confirm that as I recommend a new customer you do receive a cheque for fifty pounds afterwards! Great service from the company and even better from Danny.

I am very happy with Transax Service, The best I have used so far. The main thing about this company comparing with others is all transactions through card machines will get money in my account next day, even the weekends. Don't think trustpilots reviews are completely honest. Reviews for this company on other sites give them a max of 1.5 star rating. How come this site,which probably gets paid for the reviews, has all the 5 star reviews. I think there is something dodgy here.
