Returning customer here.
Unfortunately I will no longer be able to order anything from Trollbeads as they insist on using UPS without providing pick-up points as an option.
This leads to UPS abandoning packages containing jewelry at my doorstep during working hours without further ado.
Trollbeads has also ignored specific order instructions written in the order details to avoid this. They have also not answered to inquiries made before dispatch and delivery. In other words, they cannot be reached.
How can a company making jewelry not understand the risk of leaving packages in front of a door like this? If I can't get in touch when purchasing from them, what is the likelihood of succeeding if I have an issue with a product, or the package is stolen?
