I reported the fault about 5.30 one evening. An engineer attended within 3 hours but was unable to fix the problem as it was an external fault.
The following morning engineers arrived about 8.30. 9.30 and a bit later. When I arrived home about 9 pm the problem had been isolated and was soon resolved.
All the engineers were polite but I would particularly like to praise Tom , who arrived about 9.30 am and didn’t leave until about 9.30 pm. He remained positive and polite throughout.
