I would not recommend this company. They are unresponsive to email inquiries. I contacted them to request a pricing adjustment after they sent the promised coupon code only after I had already placed my order, but they refused to honor it. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, I received no response. Save your money—there are other, more trustworthy companies available.

I didn’t get the tripod I ordered. It should be a zero-star.
I got the package delivered, but it has something else, not the tripod. I have sent the mail to Ulanzi, and hope to get it resolved.

The whole experience was great, easy check out and fast shipping.

It's an amazing tripod and is definitely my go-to now. Lightweight, comes with a high quality carrying bag, and is the most versatile tripod I've ever used or have seen so far, especially at this price point. The built in Uka Quick Release mechanism is implemented so well and has such a sleek design, I recently purchased multiple Ulanzi Uka Quick Release Plate and Base Kit C007 for my other tripods and lights.

The device didn't work from the start. Customer service took a long time to contact me. Each subsequent email asked the same question, to which I provided information. I sent a video of the device, which didn't work immediately after removing it. I tested it with two computers and different cables. Instead of sending information about a return, because I wanted the device to work, nothing happened.

I placed this order on November 2, 2025, eight days ago, and since then, I have received NOTHING... no order update, no tracking number, and certainly no product. I have been left completely in the dark.

I sent an initial email asking for clarification and was met with total radio silence. After waiting DAYS with no response, I followed up with a second, firmer email demanding an immediate refund, and guess what? Still nothing. Zero communication. It is unbelievable that a company that sells seemingly good products (judging by the reviews) can have such utterly CRAP customer service.

You clearly have my money, but you cannot be bothered to send a single status update or even acknowledge my refund request. This isn’t just a delay; it's a profound failure of basic business operations.

Ulanzi: I demand an immediate and full refund for order ULANZI164493. Do not send the product; just process the return of my funds now. This experience has been a complete waste of time.

I own several Ulanzi products, once again I am very happy with the quality of the new ball head. I have an Arca Swiss ball head and the Ulanzi function just as well at a small fraction of the cost. It is small enough to be used on my travel tripod. I have come to trust their quality and will not hesitate to buy more Ulanzi products.

Ordered the ma60 mini tripod for my iPhone and I also have the lm19. Perfect combination for vlogging, selfies etc. looking forward to future Ulanzi products. I love how compact the tripod is and leave it on my phone for that impromptu video/photo session. 😉

Fast delivery with good packaging. THe product itself lacks a little bit of usability (MA38). If the hoolder could rotate that would be nice but the phone can only be attached ni a 0 or 180° angle.
But the make is great, the materials are fine

Easy to order and everything went well. No complaints here. Love my tripod, very sturdy and lightweight.

I placed an order on the 22nd of October, I’ve requested to cancel and I’ve had no reply or anything thankfully the money is still pending. I wish I seen the reviews on this company before I purchased. Please reply to the email that I’ve sent and give me my refund, please and don’t send product out. Just cancel it.

My ordered was confirmed on 10/13. Delivery times stated are 3-4 days for USA. I reached out to customer service 10/21 and still haven't heard back from them.
After my review, they finally responded and told me the order would come early November, which it did. It came today 11/3/25.

The order was for two (2) combo MA38 stand + LM19 selfie ring light. No light arrived with the order. I'm hoping they will respond quickly and let me know about the status of this as well.

AFTER I wrote to Ulanzi about the missing lights, they responded within 24 hours and told me my lights would be expedited. I received them roughly 1 week later. I finally have my entire order on 11/10/25.

I changed my review to 4 stars instead of 1 star. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is due to customer service; however, they eventually came through after I started writing TRUSTPILOT reviews.

The MA36 is well made and useful. The LM19 light works very well with the stand, and I am happy with my purchase.

Very good service and quality / guarantee follow up.
