Really impressed with Ultramarathon

Really impressed with Ultramarathon. I ordered a pair of Men's Hoka SPEEDGOAT 4 Shoes - I found them to be the most competitive on price but I was equally impressed with their efficient and friendly service. My shoes arrived promptly a day after I ordered them.

I realised these shoes were too small so returned the shoes for a refund and in the meantime bought a pair in the larger size. I was extremely pleased with the speed and professionalism of the team at Ultramarathon - I received regular updates on the refund and my new shoes arrived in under 24 hours. The shoes are great too. All round, I couldn't fault them. Thank you.

Fantastic service and delivery from ultramarathon running store! I’m so impressed as I couldn’t get my size hoka shoe in Australia and less than a week from ordering I’ve received them. Thank you!!

No delivery

My trainers where dispatched on the Monday saying it would take 2-3 days delivery by Royal Mail. I paid the extra so the delivery would be quicker. It is now Saturday and I still haven’t received my item. I spoke with the sellers on the Friday and they told me that the Royal Mail where probably busier than usual and the item should be with me soon. I still haven’t received it and every time I send an email it gets returned to me saying mailer demon. I’m not happy. It’s now Saturday and I cannot get in touch with them. Ultra Marathon got back to me and promptly issued me a refund for the non delivery. So thanks very much to them for that. I would make sure that any order in the future you use a recorded delivery do the package can be tracked
