Good customer service

A vase in a gift I shipped my sister arrived broken, which happens. Renelyn helped me to resolve the problem very quickly and to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to make a purchase from UrbanStems again, knowing that they have good customer service.

The customer service chat started with AI, and I quickly requested a human being. Instead of the chatbot continuing the conversation, I was quickly rerouted to a human being. Thank you, Renelyn, for helping me quickly resolve my issue.

Jhoanna at UrbanStems made all the…

Jhoanna at UrbanStems made all the difference and turned a somewhat poor start into a win. Our original birthday bouquet arrived with a number of broken stems and some of the roses were wilting by the second day. Jhoanna immediately responded to us with real care and understanding and replaced the bouquet. Thanks so much - well done!

The flowers I ordered unfortunately could not be delivered

The flowers I ordered unfortunately could be delivered do to the hospital policy for that particular cancer unit. Urban Stems customer service person , Kathy, went above and beyond to help me and make things right. A truly lovely and professional person and experience during a tough time. Highly recommend based on their (Kathy) concern in helping me. Thank you- meg k.

great customer service as well as beautiful flowers

The delivery of my order with Urban Stems got messed up. I used the chat feature on Urban Stems website and Renelyn got the issue resolved. I've used Urban Stems in the past and the flowers were beautiful, so it's nice to know their customer service is able to help with problems so well.

Lucille was SO WONDERFUL

Lucille was SO WONDERFUL. I have never ordered with UrbanStems before but if she represents their average customer service rep I will for sure be ordering again! I had placed my order for the wrong date, and she fixed it immediately. I am so grateful!

Helpful customer service!

Laira was so helpful when I needed to make a last-minute change to my order (and the impact on the sympathy message on the flowers was important). Very responsive, friendly, timely help! I had such a positive experience during this first UrbanStems purchase!
