USB2U Reviews

From Enquiry to Receipt of the finished product only a matter of days - could only have been quicker if I hadn't held the process up! Great job, nice people.

Very helpful and professional service from Cassidy. They were very patient with the proff process and the many tweaks we needed. The ordering was easy and delivery prompt. We are extremely pleased with the promo travel cable kit and would recommend USB2U.

Always a great service from USB2U. Excellent communictation and turnaround times. Very reasonable prices as well.

Great quality and fast delivery service, very helpful and professional staff who communicated with me through the order thank you very much.

I purchased wireless chargers for my company. Many merch companies offer only a 5w charger as part of their vast range of goods. I chose USB2U for technical knowledge and quality of product. Tristan was knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Would recommend....

Great quality USB data blockers with professional branding options at a competitive price. The team was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with, and the turnaround time was impressively quick. We're very happy with the product and service received and would happily recommend them.

From enquiry, design and proof was a seamless service, greatly assisted by Tristan and team. Items arrived promptly, great quality and well packaged.

Thank you

The previous company we used couldn't provide the item and artwork we wanted. USB2U certainly could and in good time with excellent customer service. Will definitely use USB2U again.

Tristan is just excellent to deal with, couldn’t recommend him highly enough

This was my first order with USB2U and I couldn’t be happier! I ordered wooden presentation boxes along with USB sticks for my photography business. Communication was great, delivery extremely fast and the products are amazing quality and personalization is spot on! I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Tristan worked with us to create a customised USB drive with our branding that we can proudly give to customers. The pricing was competitive, with a quick turnaround and they've been very easy to work with.

Great communications, excellent product, quick delivery.

Really good communication, right from the initial quote request, providing mock up and production sample, order and delivery. Very quick to respond to email queries. Slight issue on delivery but that was due to the delivery company not the supplier. USB2U also resolved this when brought to their attention (thank you Tristan).

Would recommend and will use again.

I placed a repeat order for USB Flash drives but my company's logo had been updated; this was no problem at all. They sent a proof version which was great to see.

They arrived very well packaged and in rapid time!

Tristan dealt with all my questions and was very accomodating. First class Service!

All my interactions with USB2U have been exactly as I have needed: helpful, timely and kind.

I'm involved with a charity that provides recorded local news for visually impaired people, and we mostly use USB sticks for our listeners. Our existing stocks of sticks were beginning to fail, so I researched new supplies - which I wanted to be reliable and from an established UK supplier - some online sources can be a bit erratic.
I settled on USB2U, because they provided a good price, were able to print on the sticks, and had the colour we wanted.
My contact at USB2U was Tristan Heard, who went through what we needed, organised visual proofs for the printing, and was helpful and responsive throughout.
Our first batch arrived in good time, well packed, and were just what we needed. They have now been in use for a couple of months, have all worked as expected, and we are now planning a second larger order.
Thanks to everybody at USB2U for making this purchase so trouble free.

Brilliant quality, excellent service. Next day delivery. They sent me a mock up and also a finished version for my approval. Would 100% recommend and will be ordering more soon! I was communicating with Cassidy Flynn, who was extremely attentive, friendly and very helpful.
