Generally very happy with Very however…

Generally very happy with Very however more recently deliveries are becoming an issue. Royal Mail are unreliable at best and I dread receiving orders this way and now Evri has emailed to say that they attempted delivery but they haven’t. I am home and no one has been to my address. I have checked my security camera too, absolutely no one has tried to deliver anything to my address today!

Well very ,I'm delighted to say 2 delivery's have been great ,nothing going missing or delivered to wrong addresses .... let's hope things are changing .... just 1 thing ,too many emails regaurding items arriving ,gets confusing when you've put a big order in ,possibly add a picture of item yo keep the customer informed?

First time shopping with Very

First time shopping with Very. Found ordering on website easy & pleased to be able to get an item I’d wanted for a while at a much cheaper price than anywhere else. Kept well informed re delivery & my item arrived 4 days earlier than anticipated.

Very from start to finish was a seamless experience,
I opted for pay in 3 which allows me to budget for larger items.
Very have an amazing range of good quality furniture at a reasonable price,
The communication was excellent from start to finish.
The delivery company are 5*.
My grandson loves his cabin bed, excellent quality. Thank you.

Excellent service..

I've just bought a fridge freezer from Very, the delivery was first class, no delays, and the courier was very courteous and very helpful. Excellent Customer Service, and Very allows easy monthly payments, although i like to pay quickly to save interest. A very happy customer..

Really awful customer service

Really awful customer service. Took advantage of a 20% off offered when placing order - wasn't applied to account. Used automated service to query. Round in circles and eventually told to call. Repeatedly cut off. Have tried emailing twice. No response. Impossible to contact them.

Prompt delivery. Unfortunately trousers too long - despite contacting helpline to work me through the sizing guide. Would be beneficial if size, i.e. S M (R) L accompanied the item description.

I ordered a fitbit for myself for…

I ordered a fitbit for myself for health reasons found the one I wanted and ordered it . It arrived the next day which I was very happy about and I'm now wearing it . Very was a good choice to buy from competitive price which is always important and delivery time was excellent 👍.

Quick delivery and good price

Quick delivery and good price. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is there no longer an option to collect your parcels from local shops which would save customers delivery fees.

Incorrect sizing

Bought some Tommy Hilfiger trousers marked 32W 32L packaging says the same but the Tommy label clearly states they are 33” waste when checking on very site that size is not even an option 🤯

Have shopped with VERY for many years. Prices are always competitive, free delivery to a collection point when I spend over £30. Easy returns when needed.

Never get a order right

I ordered a dining table set in grey and received white. The box said grey on it. Have kept it but not happy that every delivery seems to have a problem. In the past it’s always been delivery issues with parcels going missing now they have manufacturing issues aswell I’m not sure if I will be ordering again. It’s not worth the hassle

Great customer service

The two ladies I spoke to were incredibly helpful. They were genuinely sorry that I had had an issue with an item missing from my delivery, and they rectified my problem within a couple of minutes. Great customer service team. Thank you.

Good Purchase

I wanted to buy a particular duvet cover set (Ted Baker Blooms) and searched the Internet. Very was the cheapest (by quite a lot in some cases). Easy to use the website, placed order, paid and received within a short time, happy.

The delivery date changed last minute

The delivery date was a set date, but a few days before I had a text and email stating it was arriving that date, I had no one at home to receive the furniture item. The delivery slot was 1.40 - 2.40 so I managed to arrange for my sister to wait at my house, no sign of delivery so I had to leave work to wait at home, the delivery was 5pm. I was really annoyed, firstly the deliver date changed with no warning and then the delivery slot was a complete lie. I lost flexi time from work and my sister wasted time waiting at my house,

This will be my last purchase

This will be my last purchase, all because of the couriers Very use. Paid for next day delivery never came and still yet to arrive whilst writing this review. I will never use this service again while they employ ArrowXL as there large goods courier, it's a disgusting "service" and I'm not happy at all.

Dreadful!!!

Dreadful, after having 2 delivery slots (1 week apart) having it not turn up BOTH times, 1st time they didn't know why we didn't get it, 2nd time they couldn't get it on the van.
So 16days after actually buying the item, we cancelled the order & went to AO, brought more or less the same item & it was delivered the next day.
Save your money & time go elsewhere, don't bother with very.
