The trip to the shop was pleasant due…

The trip to the shop was pleasant due to the sales assistant who was very helpful , friendly and ordered an item online for me. My first time visiting the wexford store. I always return to shops who have friendly, helpful staff.

No customer service after failed delivery

I received only 2/3 items. I paid for all 3. I got a formula to fill for refund, but else no service or answers and customer service doesn't reply via e-mail and the chat tells me every day, during opening hours, that I am writing outside office hours. Seems no-one is actually there and the bot doesn't understand a thing.

I received a damaged pullover

I received a damaged pullover, clearly was already worn by somebody else, so I returned it. I agree to pay 2,99€ return cost if the article is not what you expect or size is not good, but it's not fair having to pay this fee when you need to send something back that was damaged in the first place. If this article would have been checked out before sending it to the next customer, I wouldn't have received something damaged and no need to sending it back!
