Good service, not always great quality of textile

It was easy to make the order and make a partial return. I hate to make returns, but unfortunately the quality of part of the items was worse than expected.

I received the item promptly but when I…

I received the item promptly but when I took the dress out it looked like it had been worn before. It was so creased and one sleeve was inside out.
I cannot wear it as I have to have it laundered and pressed. Not a very satisfactory quality

New dress that had been worn!

Received my dress in new packaging but very clear it had been worn. Stsnk of perfume and b.o. and I have to pay to return it?!
