Appalling. Ordered 2 items. They shipped one. And now they have just ignored my emails completely. Avoid at all costs. Ordered direct from their website.

Fantastic

Fantastic! Ordered a lot of clothes and the fit is great. Couple of items that don’t suit and in the middle of returning them but seems simple so far. Would love to order more but seems popular as a lot of the sizes are out of stock.

I purchased 5 items. Only 4 were refunded.

I purchased 5 items and returned all 5. My returns email said I had only returned 4 items. This was incorrect. I sent several emails to customer services regarding the missing refund for the 5th item. I have been ignored for 2 weeks.
