And a valve HMV car radio.
I now write in 2021.
In recent times he has been uncontactable.
I suspected serious illness.
In the next few days I will call at his last address in Sale - 5 miles from me - and check it all out.

The Vintage Wireless Company specialises in repairing vintage car radios.
My dad handed in four Voxson radios and agreed with the owner, Alan Marchant that he should get one perfectly restored radio back for his Jensen FF.
We live in Denmark and went to the UK to buy spare parts for my dad's
Jensen. At the Vintage Wireless Company we were promised to get the working radio shipped to Denmark but we never received anything.
We have tried to contact Vintage Wireless several times, but we do not get any answers at all. It has now been several years and we still have not heard anything.
Recently, my dad has been in contact with other Jensen owners who have had the same experience with Vintage Wireless Company.
Please, do not trust the owner - you will never see your radios again.
