Awful customer service, products are below par, they are gravelmaster just set up with another name same premises address same business owners. Ordered a bulk bag of stones from them turned up with over half the stones as a totally different colour was told they can’t swap for another bag as they are all like that and that’s just the way they are as they are a natural stone there may be slight variations (they are completely opposite colours), are now trying to charge me £50 to return their faulty product like it’s my fault
