Emma at Exmouth store went above and…

Emma at Exmouth store went above and beyond serving us on Saturday she sorted all our family out, Hubby and daughter with new phones, cancelling a contract too by calling the call centre for me

We spent along time in the store but never felt rushed

We live in Totnes but make the effort to go here because of the excellent service we always receive in Exmouth

Good value broadband

Have used Vodafone broadband for almost seven years. It's not perfect but you do receive reasonable service for a very good price. Drops out now and then but not to bad. I'm currently using fast fiber two but with a added signal booster. Definitely a improvement. Have found there Facebook chat the best way to resolve problems. Advisors seem helpful. Now waiting for a full fiber connection hopefully staying with Vodafone. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Extremely helpful and pleasant staff

There was a problem with Vodafone computer system so staff (Chloe) unable to complete our new contract on Friday. Went home having been told she would contact us as soon as problem resolved. It was resolved by Saturday morning & got a phone call from Chloe. Returned to store & both Chloe & her colleague worked fast to complete the changeover & finalise the contract as we’d told them we had another engagement to get to! So impressed by their professionalism, calm & pleasantness. Felt Chloe did all she could to help us out. Thank you Chloe!

Great customer service!

Having struggled to get anywhere online, using the app or even getting through via phone to find new contracts, decided to try visiting the Vodafone store in Uxbridge. Definitely glad I did! Great team and thanks to Abs for taking the time to understand what was needed and finding the best solution. (Despite being quite busy; as usual; didn’t experience any delay)

Outstanding service from Mutzy in Hitchin Vodafone

Nuneaton branch 5 Star service

Great service by Selena

Selenà was excellent. She provided excellent customer service. She told me about a website where I could compare the two phones I was considering. I made sure I saw her when I came back to complete the transaction. I'd definitely recommend her to everyone else.

From the moment I walked in the store…

From the moment I walked in the store door the team were welcoming and engaging. I was worried about the swap over from one phone to another but nothing was too much trouble. Paul took control and transferred everything from my old phone to the new one. Also making sure I went away with the correct chargers. I would not hesitate in coming back or recommending the Farnham Team.

In store to renew contract. Gemma served us…. Very helpful, explained clearly and very friendly though professional. Happy with our new contract.
She also gave us information re broadband which we have now changed from BT to Vodafone 😀

DISGUSTED

Possibly the biggest wast of time I’ve spent in my 72 years with multiple phone calls to and from Vodafone. Placed an order for fast fibre in July 24 and cancelled it today as I’m completely fed up with waiting for engineers to turn up and apologetic calls excusing the reason why they didn’t.
ABSOLUTE DISGRACE
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Went in to discuss a broadband and sim only deal after speaking to my current provider and managed to get a great deal thanks to Zahra and Sid. I'd mentioned that I wasn't happy with the price from my current provider and they both managed to save me so much money!
Even with it being really busy with black friday deals I didn't feel like I was rushed out of the shop and was able to take my time and consider all my options.

I went to the Vodafone today to check out their SIM card contracts and plans. I was helped by Kanchi Shah, and honestly, her service was amazing. Joshua was extremely helpful today!

Joshua was extremely helpful today, I went into store to collect my new Apple Watch and mentioned that my phone had been losing signal a lot recently. Joshua knew immediately that the issue was the sim and did a sim swap. Now my signal is perfect again! Thank you!

Nice detailing about plans

Visited the store for new mobile and sim card. Clearly understood about the plans and payment options. Satisfied with the sales advisor : Lalith Kumar. Took a high end flagship mobile along with a sim for a very decent price.

Useless.Absolutely useless!

Useless.
Website to log into Business account doesn’t work.
Horrendously long wait talking to a robot to get put through to a human and on doing so the line is cut off.
That happened three times.
Complaint form no longer exists, you have to call a number that isn’t answered.
Alternative is to write a letter which takes time let alone posting it off and spending 60p on a stamp, and you know damn well it’ll be ignored.
If anyone is thinking of joining, don’t bother.

Lewis was fantastic

Lewis was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly came out with everything I could want or need for the phone I wanted.
He was incredibly patient with my mother's constant questions and prodding.
