This website is a SCAM! We ALL know that Covid-19 is not an excuse anymore for not reimbursing their clients. My flight was scheduled on March 19th and when it got cancelled they told me it would be reimbursed with 2 months of waiting. So, this would mean receiving the voucher (one does not even have an optio to choose the money or a voucher) by mid march. Another month has passed and they told me within the next 14 days I would receive it. Still nothing! I only receive automatic replies from the customer service and will now legally move forward. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Easyjet reimbursed me right away and within two days from the cancellation I had my money back on my credit card. I herewith apply to all the people considering to book through this website- do not do it. They fool you. Now, that it is possible to fly again I am not able to book since they keep on not reimbursing me. This is the WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
