Was fantastic ordering online as only one local shop sells wallpaper and couldn't get the one I wanted. So pleased with not having to just settle for what was available locally.
Completely exceeded my expectations!
We needed a different colourway to the paper on the website - prompt check with manufacturer revealed no problem. We needed delivery to the Channel Islands - quick check with colleagues and almost immediate call-back.....no problem. We needed supply ex VAT - no problem...oh and please could I also have the 10% off as per the voucher supplied with my free samples....you guessed it...no problem. And everything said with a smile on their faces (you can hear it in someone's voice!). An absolute joy to deal with as a company - a text book example of how to do business online. Thank you!
Quality gorgeous quality
The wallpaper shipped quickly, and arrived perfectly intact. We even had an excess roll we didn't need. They made the return process simple and easy. I will buy from here again.

The staff of this firm were wonderful. Kept me informed and helped out where needed. I love my wallpaper however our decorator thought the paper to be of poor quality especially when wet. He was decorating our hall and stairs so quite a big job. I was very satisfied, however, especially for the price we paid. Four stars only for that reason or it would have been 5
