Staff were very helpful and professional and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the experience of making my purchase in a private environment by appointment and wasn’t rushed or pressured in any way by any staff member.

Average. Waiting to hear wether I will receive paperwork on a watch I traded. Unfortunately I returned the watch I had selected due to a condition issue. My watch was returned without the all important service paperwork. I feel returns are discouraged even though there policy is that it is no quibble.

I didn't get the watch I originally…
I didn't get the watch I originally wanted as I was pipped at the post by a chap in Paris. However Watchfinder very quickly found me another which was probably better.
Very satisfied with the service provided and especially the help provided by Bethany in Leeds who could not have done more to make sure I got what I wanted.
I have no hesitation in recommending Watchfinder to anyone looking for an up-market time piece
First time, but defiantly not the last
Richard Brockman was a great help in the purchase of my Seamaster, guiding me through the watch condition and the whole process, which was really easy. Once I decided to proceed and payment was made, the watch arrived the next day and boy was I happy - it was like new! I'll be sure to come back to Richard & Watchfinder on my next watch purchase.

I bought a watch which I thought was superb but after a month it started to be erratic in its time keeping, it was returned to watchfinder no problem and then it went back for the work to be done at TAG and it was going to take 3 months which was just not acceptable.Watchfinder offered to exchange that watch for another which I accepted and now I am a very satisfied customer.

Excellent service throughout. I received the initial valuation on my watch (there was no attempt to talk it down once they had received it) and the dispatch of me new watch was quick and efficient. This is the second time I have bought from Watchfinder and will do so again.

Let me start by saying I have previously ordered three watches from watch finder before and have always been very happy with my purchases.
The watch I have just received was a different experience altogether
With numerous issues,
1. The watch I received arrived too small with no spare links in the box, after contacting them I was told they had adjusted it and forgot to put the link in, the did send out a new link
2. The biggest issue I had was, the box and paperwork I received were not for the watch, a blank guarantee card, manual and box for a different watch, if I had bought it from eBay I would most likely have accepted things like this but when paying a premium to buy from a good 2nd hand dealer this is not what I expected
3. Since contacting them I have now been messed around with no real foresight as to weather they are going to do anything or even care, I have been asked to send photos and waited 3 days now to get some kind of reply.
I ordered online which is probably my downfall
If I had been in the shop I would not have bought it, and I urge other potential buyers to do the same.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend buying from watch finder, especially online

From first contact to delivery of my new watch the experience was first class. Communication was excellent and I knew exactly where I was in the process and all my questions were clearly answered. I was part exchanging and felt the valuation of my watch was fair.
My new watch was requiring some extra links for the bracelet and the customer services team were quick to resolve the issue.
