poor customer services
I ordered a wheel set from Wiggle in early June. They sent only the front wheel. Contacted customer services straight away, 10 days and 5 emails later no resolution, not even close. Good products & price...terrible customer services

Missing items from delivery, no refund
My parcel was delivered by Evri in my absence, they chose to leave it on my doorstep. When I returned home only 1 of the 3 items were in the bag, which was already open.
Contacted customer service who checked and said because the items left their warehouse no refund was due. Several chases later and they refuse to take responsibility for the missing items.

Tariff costs at time of purchase
Love DHB, but the ordering process needs to be transparent for tariff costs at time of purchase. Nowhere in product description for items does it list country of origin, so I can't even calculate it myself or select garments from countries that have lower tariffs applied to them.
Not so good this order
I ordered 4 items, 3 came one day and 1 item came the next day. Why not altogether? One shirt was not in its bag as it was all split, felt not a lot of care in packing.
