I purchesed Norlan Whisky glasses from Wneware, and the delivery was very poorly.
The delivery address was lacking a home number, so the delivery was delayed and the nice present for our son arrived to late for his birthday. The aftersales just blamed the transport company and did not take any responsibility.

Good value and great range of products. Excellent customer service experience especially relative to speed of shipment and updates until confirmed delivery (great when the order was a gift being delivered direct to the recipient).
