Delivery Time is not what they advertise it to be

I placed an order yesterday. In the website is said explicitly delivery: Tomorrow
I expected the item today cuz one of them was urgent.
Double checked the order confirmation email and it says 22nd. Is this a joke ... what kind of service is this ?
I still have not received the products but i got an answer from customer service next day and they explained and gave me options. I appreciate this

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry for your dissappointment. Most of our best selling products are in stock and will be dispatched before 21:00 hrs, such that the product is delivered the next day. Less frequently ordered products take longer to be dispatched and delivered. This was the case in 2 of the 3 products you bought. The expected delivery time is shown within the product specification, in the shopping cart and once you make your online payment!

very friendly shop, very fast shipping. Unfortunately, one week has passed since the shipment and I still haven't received the parcels

Deposit not returned

I bought 2 gas springs, they sent 2 for the right-hand side. They refused to send me one for the left-hand side right away, they let me wait more than a week until they had received the one I sent back, but I had been ordering items from them already for 10 years so expected far better treatment, since they could easily have worked out that I wasn't about to run away with their gas spring after being a regular customer for 10 years. Recently again, I ordered a brake calliper, they charge 21 euros extra for a deposit, which you are supposed to get back when you hand over your old calliper to them, so it means you have to pay the postage of at least 7 euros, give them the old brake calliper for free, which they have renewed and then resell, but now they refused to give me my 21 euros because they demand the return of the box in which my new calliper came. i think that is ridiculous. They state that the box has numbers on it that the processing company require, however, they are insulting everyone's intelligence with this because the old calliper that I have, had absolutely northing to do with the new calliper I purchased, they simply wish to save a few pennies on a box, I cannot think of any other reason they would act in such a dishonest way. I will not be ordering anything else, I ordered for different people, family, friends, I promoted them as a good company, but now I think they are awful. I did ask the garage that fitted my new calliper to save the box for me, they looked at me as though I was mad, I mean because Winparts demanding a box back is simply ridiculous, but anyhow, the garage forgot. Winparts was in no way understanding about this, they have keenly basically stolen my money.

I ordered my parts on Friday

I ordered my parts on Friday, the system told to be able to deliver on Saturday, but nothing. Ok, weekend thus probably on Monday; still nothing and in the tracking system system it is mentioned that not even has been delivered to DHL to ship the package to me. First time using this web to order. So I was afraid it was a fraud but I found this web to get and provide a review, so I am writing my experience with this website.

Returned an item on July 28th

Returned an item on July 28th, still not processed!! Followed their return instructions. I've send proof of my shipment and still after more than a month they don't process my return. I've chosen Afterpay as a payment method and now I keep getting invoice reminders from Afterpay with extra costst. If I had known this would have happend I would have never ordered something from you. Why are you playing games with customers. I've send you my evidence of return, I followed your instructions and still you're not processing my return.

Sending items took a few days

Sending items took a few days, but that was as described on the web site, so no problem here. SO for me it was a very good experience and I recommend this website.

Bad butikk!

I bouth one battery for peugeot 206, varta b18 44ah. Have same battery in my car. Battery in car is on 35% of life. They do not want send me battery, trying to sell another one . WINPARTS IS REALLY BAD BUTIKK. I am trying to get my money back, they have really bad costomer support, not aswering on telephone.

My first package was lost by DHL

My first package was lost by DHL. In order to start an investigation Winparts must contact DHL! However you don’t answer already second week and don’t pick up the phone! Horrible customer service! If I would have to wait for it my car would be broken forever! Now I need to return my money for the parts I never got, and maybe I will do it in couple of months! It’s workable website but only if you don’t have to deal with the horrible customer service! WP220-252310

Awful customer service. VERY disappointed.

I ordered a car part, paid it off (almost £400) and then an HOUR later I got an email that the car part was unavailable. They then offered an “alternative” option which was more £300 more expensive. I requested to cancel my order and have my money refunded instead. Almost a week has passed and I STILL haven’t heard back. I’ve been trying to get into contact everyday and NO ONE is responding. They have my money and aren’t refunding it. Customer service is horrifying and SLOW. I’m very unhappy with the service and will NOT be recommending it to anyone. Order number WP220-242007.

Ignorant customer service.

Winparts sent me the wrong part, so you would think they fix this as soon as possible.NO
They never answer the phone. Response to mail is not much better. Over 1 month later and I still don't have the right part. Sent me a DHL tracking no. , two weeks later the package as still not left the company?
Never again!

I waiting for my order almost one week…

I waiting for my order almost one week and Stella didint get it. Can not co contact with someone on mail, Whatsup nobody answer my calling....nobody response on my questions about what is wrong with my package.....
