Delivery Time is not what they advertise it to be
I placed an order yesterday. In the website is said explicitly delivery: Tomorrow
I expected the item today cuz one of them was urgent.
Double checked the order confirmation email and it says 22nd. Is this a joke ... what kind of service is this ?
I still have not received the products but i got an answer from customer service next day and they explained and gave me options. I appreciate this
Thank you for your message. I'm sorry for your dissappointment. Most of our best selling products are in stock and will be dispatched before 21:00 hrs, such that the product is delivered the next day. Less frequently ordered products take longer to be dispatched and delivered. This was the case in 2 of the 3 products you bought. The expected delivery time is shown within the product specification, in the shopping cart and once you make your online payment!
