The best service fast and always cheap

The Taylor factory customer service helped decide the model I needed. They then steered me to the resource in Paris, several choices. Went with Woodbrass.com because of 2 day metro delivery.
The musician who received the guitar is absolutely thrilled with setup, cosmetics, etc. He says, "I can't put it down!"

The parcel was damaged at arrival and the content has fallen out of the package or was deliberately teken out. I did not receive what I payed for.

Item of 125 € still didn't arrive. Try to contact Woodbrass through mail and Facebook. No answer, only a automatic reply that doesn't bring me any further. I'm getting very inpatient. Wouldn't do any busyness with Woodbrass anymore if things go like this.

Pretty good - the only downside was that my address was sent incorrectly to the delivery company and it was never delivered to my house, therefore, I had to go and pick up the parcel.
