I bought a H9 and received in a perfectly sealed package... a used H9 (already registered to another customer account at Eventide).
I tried to receive explanations/compensation, Woodbrass people however are not here to help, but to deter you from for claiming your compensation for being sold USED items at the price of a BRAND NEW item.

The goods ordered on 10.11.2020 were delivered to me on 23.11.2020.
My package traveled first from Paris to the southwest of France, then back to Paris, and when he finally arrived in Slovakia, he was mistakenly sent to the other end of the country ....
