Don't use this company
Don't use this company! Left a lawn mower here for a service and to carry out any repairs required whilst on holiday to give them plenty of time. On our return it still wasn't ready and after a further week (3 weeks in all) we got it back. Second time I used it it didn't work, I called and was told it was probably my fault but agreed to look at it. Over 2 weeks later it still wasn't looked at and after a number of calls it apparently needed a further part. Agreed to this and after a further 2 weeks were told it was ready. Got there and it was still in bits apparently, it was on the 'done' pile! Unbelievable! Communication is terrible and customer almost seems like an inconvenience.
