Very unstable internet and terrible online customer service

Terrible online customer service. they use an AI chatbot which will send you round and round before saying a human will contact you with a 30 minute wait time. I have had months of having to reset my router, turn it off and on again, check cables etc. and never given the option of an actual fix. the chat bot told me my laptop and phone were at fault and refused to help me further!
Currently its impossible to work from home or reliably watch a film all the way through. extremely frustrating.
Needless to say I terminated my contract and moved provider.

Fraud and scam company

Changed the rating to 3 as after writing the review here, Yousee did get in touch and did everything to sort out the below problems quite fast after the below post. Not their customer anymore, but very grateful that they have managed to resolve it and help.

Original post:
Fraud and scam company. Will charge you for services you never ordered and switch you off without notice if you don't pay their fraudulent invoices. Customer service does not help, only promises but no real action. Worse company ever and at the same time most expensive.

Contract in the company doesn't work at…

Contract in the company doesn't work at all. The sales call me and offer 199 for internet for ever, and mobiltelefon for 99. When I received the bill, the internet became 199 for the first 6 months, mobiltelefon became 139, I called many times,nothing changed. Than I canceled everything. The contract stop the end of August, but I still get bil for September

I'm sorry to hear that you were promised something we couldn't offer in the end. That's obviously not okay, and I apologise for that.

In regards to the bill for september, the bill was probably already made when you cancelled, and that's why you've received it. Normally you would have to pay it, and then you'll get the money back when the subscription has been made up.

Perhaps our billing service kan cancel the bill alltogether - we can look into it. If so, please send us an email at facebook@yousee.dk, with the link to your review and your customer number. The customer number is on the bill, where it's called "kontonummer".

The quality of the internet is…

The quality of the internet is terrible. Once I have to pay double price I don't know why. Value for money is disproportionate.

Don't ever choose them as internet provider

If there would be zero stars, I would choose that. A one star review is more they deserve. Worst internet provider ever experienced in Denmark.
I had been a client for more than 2 years. They suddenly called me to offer fibernet for a lower price than I paid before. When they installed it they sent an invoice for a 90 kr. higher monthly price than they promised on phone - recorded in their system. When I claimed, and used in total 2 hours from my life in 3 weeks to finally get the price they got me subscribed for, they offered me a 20 kr. discount or simply quit and claim at the authorities. However since the process was so slow, the phone call that registered they promise, already expired in their system and cannot be found. I definitely feel myself mislead and don't recommend this company to anyone.

Adding a mobil phone no problem

Adding a mobil phone to the existing one worked fine and as ordered/agreed.

Bad customer dealing and misbehaviour yousee fields

Customer service is very bad at yousee shop in fields. Person is working there misbehaving to customer. They behave like they are not working for you see they giving offers for other companies to go there and take good offer from there

I had the worst experience in the field…

I had the worst experience in the field of telephony, the staff is totally on the outside, I think they should re-profile in a simpler branch where you don’t have to think too much 🙂

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever

I stopped counting how many issues I got with Yousee but today is too much.
Everytime I contact their customer service, it takes for ever. I end up explaining my issue to countless people and eventually, when someone says he fixed it, I found out couples of weeks later that it was not and nobody has registered anything.
Today I spent 4h switching from one coworker to another and they all said different things.

Joke of a company

Hard to actually believe that this is a real company and allowed to function.

I attempted many times to apply for a new subscription, and I encountered many problems.

Their website displays many errors and misleading information and if it wasn’t because I had my address private it was telling me that I didn’t pass an internal credit check!

Website told me to call a number that is not in operation and incorrect hours referenced for their support hours on weekends. I also tried using the call back feature and no one called back, Same for the chat feature, no one!

Really, everything was a failure and embarrassing for this company.

Very glad that I am not an actual customer now. Joke of a company.
