Very unstable internet and terrible online customer service
Terrible online customer service. they use an AI chatbot which will send you round and round before saying a human will contact you with a 30 minute wait time. I have had months of having to reset my router, turn it off and on again, check cables etc. and never given the option of an actual fix. the chat bot told me my laptop and phone were at fault and refused to help me further!
Currently its impossible to work from home or reliably watch a film all the way through. extremely frustrating.
Needless to say I terminated my contract and moved provider.
