The tickets did not arrive before the cricket event (India vs Bangladesh). The terms and condition state the tickets will arrive 24-48 hours before the event. It is now 1 hour before the event and I still do not have the tickets. I can’t leave and make my way there because, I don’t know if I will have tickets or not. I’m taking my 5 year old son so can’t risk standing outside. The terms and conditions also state the company provide an 100% Refund to the buyer if the seller is unable to dispatch/provide tickets timely before the event, which is the case. When I asked for a refund, the company hung up and they did not answer the phone again after a series of calls. Appears to be a fake ticket selling site so I would avoid at all cost. I’ve contacted my credit card company and reported it as fraud.

I have Booked 4 Tickets for the India Bangladesh Match and was done 24 hrs.I still havent got my ticket inspite of paying high ticket price.The customer service is pathetic and they come with only one reply...Your ticket will be delivered before the event starts. Would never recommend this website to anyone.....

I have bought ticket for Bangladesh vs india match of icc champions trophy five days ago. Tomorrow is the match. But still i don’t get my ticket. It's the worst platform.
Even price also high. Same ticket i bought from another site with very lower price.

Customer service is very poor. I am the seller of the event icc champions trophy. I uploaded the tickets before 14 hours and the event starts tomorrow, and still now I didn’t get any acknowledgment from the xchange ticket team. How can i be at peace ? Still now I didn’t get any assurance that my duties are completed and i can wait for my payment relaxed. This is frustrating really.
