Nothing I did not receive my parcel…

Nothing I did not receive my parcel received email yesterday saying left in safe place in bin nothing there also I was at home didn't even knock on my door. What do I do about this complaint I have sent email no reply

In the past.. but no more

In the past I haven't really experienced yodel as a delivery company for my purchases. After today's delivery I would definitely use them again. I was very impressed with the way you can track your items by showing where abouts the delivery van is on the map, and the time factor in which it will be delivered. The driver being very friendly as they passed over my parcel too. Excellent service thank you Yodel.

I have had a hip replacement

I have had a hip replacement, and the delivery man was so helpful as for me to get down the stairs, i said i will be a while getting down the stairs, he then suggested a safe place to put the parcel until someone could get it. Bless him 5 stars.

The delivery driver was very friendly

The delivery driver was very friendly, and helped get a very large parcel up several flights of stairs. However, the tracking system had errors and was stuck on saying it was “7 stops before you” for 3 hours.

Driver took the trouble to try my neighbours when I was unable to get to the door, it saved me waiting another day and saved him taking it back.

I shipped a parcel

I shipped a parcel, had an update to say they couldnt deliver it and it was being returned. This is 2 months ago and i still dont have it. Live chat was clueless and very unhelpfull, told me to access the eRin portal to make a claim which im unable to access from the the portal login page.

Another note - Their parcel drop off points are unreliable and often don't take parcels. Common reasons "The machine isnt working" or "We have too many parcels already today"

Shocking poor company in every sense.

Parcel Delivery from M&Co.

Delivered on time despite receiving message that Yodel were experiencing a high volume of parcels and there may be a delay in delivery. I was kept informed of timescales.

Just useless…

Delivery took way too long and also received texts, etc to say parcel was out for delivery various days but never arrived. Got here eventually but no point sending tracking when it's not even out for delivery. Then to top it off they didn't even knock my door to give the parcel over just put it in the shed, they had to walk past the door to get to the shed! Useless!

Parcel was left outside in the snow…

Parcel was left outside in the snow even though out lights were on and there was obviously someone at home.The doorbell was not rung and we found the package and hour later. This delivery driver NEVER rings and I've commented on this on previous occasions

Being able to see on the app how many deliveries before mine. Very good communication about delivery time. Parcel was fragile, but delivered intact and in good condition

Absolute shambles

Joke of a company. Said they attempted delivery when they didn’t then all of a sudden there was an issue with the address. 2 days it said it was out for delivery and both days didn’t show up. Contacted customer service couldn’t get through to speak to someone so tried live chat waited 45 mins to be connected to be told it would be delivered that day. Nothing arrived, had to go on and put alternative address which I just put my own address again and it was eventually delivered.

Driver knocked on door hardly waited…

Driver knocked on door hardly waited for an answer before leaving package on step. Wife shoutedhim back and explained that he was paid yo deliver to customer or leave in a safe place
