Quick, easy process. Got my results quickly. I suspected for a long time I had a few food sensitivities due to various symptoms, and when I got the results it became a lot clearer to me.

My son has had digestive issues since he was 3. He has been evaluated by GI specialists, an allergist, his pediatrician; no resolution.

York test has changed my life. years of going to doctors for allergies and being prescribed Claritin that never helped too much. Even got allergy tested at doctors in which I was allergic to things but no one ever said it could be food. After my own research I got a yorktest to find out I cant eat gluten, wheat , yeast and a few other things. Removing items from my diet changed everything and I didnt take Claritin or have inflamed sinuses anymore. It has been a miracle really. Still working on trying to adjust my diet and difficult to navigate through restaurants and labels on food at grocery. With all my inflammation down and not having a "leaky gut" I also lost 20 pounds in 3 months. I just worked with the nutritionist and she gave me more helpful knowledge to continue my journey. I have recommended yorktest to everyone i know

I learned a lot about food sensitivity overall from my consultation, which helped me understand my son's results and what we should do about it. I now feel like I can follow a real plan without as much guess work. I even got recommendations about where to find recipes without the ingredients we need to eliminate.

My counseling session went great. Pamela was knowledgeable and pleasant to chat with. She listened to my concerns with my son and his test results, and we brainstormed ideas together to try to reduce his symptoms. Grateful for this dedicated time.

Way more helpful than I expected. Best part was the free nutritional coaching which I was pleasantly surprised about. Only thing I wish was that they separated the different proteins in dairy (ex lactose or casein). Otherwise, great purchase!

Following getting the food sensitivity test results, I had a review of the results with Pamela. Her advice was clear and direct and she answered my questions clarifying details about what was being tested. She was also very helpful with suggestions for alternative foods to replace the foods I shouldn't be eating.

I used the junior food sensitivity test for my seven year old son. The results came back within the given time frame and were very easy to read and understand. The pdf guide that comes with the results explains exactly how to cut out the foods that are causing problems then also guides you on how to reintroduce. I can confidently say that after eliminating the highly reactive foods from my son’s diet, he is feeling much better! His belly is almost never upset anymore and he is happier. The phone consultation with the nutritionist was very helpful and she answered all of my questions about what to replace foods with.

I got this test for my 14 year old daughter. The test came quickly, it was easy, and we got the results sooner than expected! Cutting out her food intolerances finally helped with chronic, severe constipation. The free nutritional consult was a nice bonus. Tinsley answered all of my questions.

I purchased the test with nutritionist appointments and I am so glad that I did. Kerri was very thorough in my first appointment and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately my test told me I practically can't eat anything for a while LOL. But I trust the results especially after Kerri explained the foods I can and can't tolerate and it all definitely matched my symptoms.

I ordered the York test for food sensitivities because of a long history of mild to moderate periodic stomach issues. The results came back quickly and showed that I had several food sensitivities in the red zone. I set up an appointment with one of the nutritionists, Pamela, who was very insightful and gave me information regarding the next steps to take including elimination diets. This is a test everyone should get because food sensitivities/allergies can create chronic long-term health issues and uncovering potential food causes is critical.

After years of suffering food intolerances and getting no help from the GP's I started 6 months of probiotics. This worked very well but I was still having issues with some foods and needed answer as soon as possible so no time to do food diary and elimination procedures. I ordered both food intolerances and the food/environmental allergy test. I was debating if I needed the allery test and I'm so glad that I decided to add it to my bundle. The probiotics worked very well with only 1 food on the list and low level response, however the allergy test shows a number of foods I believed I was intolerant to, were in fact low level food allergies. Some of the foods I'm allergic to I hadn't yet considered as being issues. I'm so glad to now have all the answers I need to move forwards without experiencing digestive responses to foods... I genuinely believed them to be intolerances. But the answers now fit perfectly and gives me the information I needed to lead a much better informed life.
