Same as everyone else. No confirmation email sent and no product received.
Ordered 2 weeks ago. Nothing has arrived and no confirmation number so I fear this is a scam. I will let ULaw know so they can tell all their students not to use them.
These guys are a scam. I ordered with them over a week ago, they said Amazon will send me a confirmation email within 24 hours. Still not received a confirmation email even though they claim the orders themselves are sent out with Royal Mail next day delivery. Some girl called Grace replies to my emails once every two days, which she replies to at totally unsocial hours (like 9:30pm), and all she has to offer is a totally inadequate email saying she’ll contact the director. I’ve asked them to call me numerous times but like I said, she don’t like replying much and will reply once for every 5 emails sent to them.
They don’t have a phone number either so I don’t know how one can contact them with the view of getting their money back.
Unfortunate scam? - YourGDL.co.uk
Law students who are looking for study notes, beware!
Order made online in mid-April 2021 for a set of study notes plus case summaries. No confirmation received automatically from the company until I actively emailed them to seek confirmation of order by myself.
According to their official website, orders will be sent by first class within 7 working days.
It is now over 2 weeks (or 10 working days) post-transaction and I have yet to receive my order. Emailed them a number of times and only received their standard message of acknowledgement which is totally not helpful. They have never responded properly, and no customer hotline available for enquiry.
I hope this is pure postal delay but sadly this is looking more like a scam. I hope Yourgdl.co.uk, if being a proper company, will resolve the issues quickly.
